Finally after much cajoling from FIGFCU, I downloaded the app. Tried it for the first time just now in order to make a payment and it said that it could not transfer funds/make payment and to try again later. Well I did ----- again and again and again. This app is horrible and does NOT work. So much for efficiency. The old version worked. Why is it that everytime they say the app is new and improved - it isn't. Am uninstalling as I don't need such a disfunctional app on my great phone!

The old app wasn't that good but it was better than this one. I'd have function over looks any day. We should be able to see more details on our transactions.. where, when, and our balance after the transaction. Also, I can't make credit card payments on here.

Just got an email with screen prints from Farmers FCU stating an automatic upgrade is available. 3 days now. No change. No upgrade (Probably needs 3 months of testing still). Why send the email notice out if not available? So frustrated. Update 6/10/16: There was no update available on Google Play. I Uninstalled the app, rebooted my phone, then reinstalled. When I did this, the new features appeared.

Can't pay credit card; information is negative regarding balances; things clear more slowly; my alerts go to my office email after changing them, and talking to Jeff in IT still do not send to my requested email; too little info on the app, need to use computer for this app which defeats the purpose of being mobile. After 40 years would think we would get better service/products. Disappointed/frustrated. Carol G

You can't see the merchants name, just point of sale transaction! Very annoying, the old app you could see the name. Also, the deposit check feature does not work well.

By far the worst banking app I've ever used. Can't transfer funds between accounts, my credentials are invalid though they worked a week ago, can't pay card or loans unless I go into the bank. Beyond inconvenient. I have given plenty of time for these things to be improved before leaving a review, and am still left disappointed. Leaving FIGFCU as soon as personal loan is paid off.

Trying to do a mobile check deposit but keep getting an error that says amount entered does not match detected amount. For the record, it's the same, but isn't that why each deposit is reviewed by a person before being processed??????? Extremely frustrating.

This app is only good for checking balances. The transaction list doesn't show enough details, and you can't open the transaction to get more detail.

Keeps telling me that credentials are incorrect. I can log in on my pc but no longer in my mobile device. That's very inconvenient.

Could be better annoying how I have to ok it to get out of the app but I like that I can transfer between accounts. What I really don't like is the shared branch finder is totally inaccurate.

This is the only app I've ever used that's so bad that it inspired me to write a review. You can't pay your credit card bill, and almost none of the transactions say anything more than "Point of Sale Withdrawal". It also wants permissions no bank app should need. Why does it need to access my contacts? They should be embarassed that it was so terrible to begin with and that they haven't fixed it after all these months. Uninstalling it.

It works the first time after I installed it, then it would not recognize my logins. I'm not sure if the server is down or what's going on, but I tried it different times. No luck. It's frustrating to deal with an unreliable tool, especially from my bank.

Overall, the app gets the job done. I only use it for reviewing transactions and checking my balance. The instant balance is a nice feature. I just wish that fingerprint login is incorporated.

I use a password vault, I don't know what my passwords are. They are selected by my password vault, they are long and complex. Your system does not allow me to copy and paste the password. It requires that I enter it manually. That doesn't work for me. This change over has been a disappointment on so many levels. Your system is not ready for prime time.

"Upgrade" reduced functions. Cannot pay credit cars in the app, cannot make transfers to other members, most of the time it doesn't even work at all. Add this to the changes to the mobile website and you basically have to have a full computer to do anything. Terrible.

Update: I can now log in, so I changed my initial rating. No longer able to view pending transactions seems like a downgrade to me. Also seems very slow compared to the old app. Keep working on it.

If you are using this app...then you have been on the receiving end of the daily (multiple) email messages from the FCU advising that they are aware of issues & are working quickly to resolve all issues. They have been really great in keeping us informed that they are aware; even our CEO had issues. Since we know that they are working so diligently to update a VERY OUTDATED system (thank you, Farmers FCU!)....why don't we keep all the negative reviews to minimum until they actually give us the all clear?

I hate that I haven't been able to check my acct for some time now. I continue to get this error msg telling me to contact customer service. Look if I wanted to call CS then I would've done that first, but I don't! The hold times are way too long. Truly thinking about canceling my whole acct. It just shouldn't be this difficult.

When you upgrade a system you should be providing the end users with a better product, this is not the case for the mobile and online application. I've spent wasted hours working with this. Old system was better and much more reliable. You need to test your applications out first before releasing them to your users and making us frustrated. That is bad business! Very disappointed.

It takes longer to log in and it takes longer to process transactions. If my screen falls to sleep for even a moment or I want to switch back and forth from my banking to another app, it logs off and I have to log back in. Also, I've had to reinstall twice.

Seriously. I would love to know what got "upgraded", because EVERYTHING on the customer-facing side got worse. It's been two months since I've been able to reliably access my account info from my phone. The app almost never works, the website can't be used on mobile devices... it's ridiculous.

The content in the app is elementary level. I like the information given in the old app. If this is the only way to view information on my phone, then make it to where you can actually SEE what was purchased, since your website doesn't work on phones. WHICH EVERYONE USES. Its almost like the developers are first timers. This whole upgrade has been a hassle. I hope someone lost their job for lack of execution.

Issues with logging in, sometimes it'll load right away, other times it tells me I have a problem with my credentials even though they're entered the same way as before. Frustrating to mess with especially after not being able to access my account for three days! Not too happy

I've contacted customer service multiple times, and have not gotten a call back. I am completely locked out of my account and have now missed my cc payment as I cannot log into anything. This is the worst experience I've ever had with any kind of service. I cannot wait to switch banks.

I really liked the ease of use with the prior mobile app. It gave me a running total with each purchase. This new app only shows me the transactions but not the running total after the amt is subtracted from the balance. This new app takes a couple of tries to get in and it took me two full attempts to get the new website to read the changes I made. The mailing did not clearly note we use the same acct number. UPDATE I dislike this new app even more. Took 6 tries ti get in then no data.

Continue to have issues despite my emails stating it's working just fine. Can't access the website to register mobile banking either. Have tried calling the 800# but that leads me to nowhere. Will change rating once problem is resolved.

Mobile app does not allow you to view pending transactions or details about the transaction (even the merchant that charged my account isn't visible). Worthless app and change going credit unions now.

Can no longer transfer monies to my childrens accounts directly from my account as I could before. App is very very basic yet needed more space to install. You can't read where you've made a purchase on your phone as it only shows point of sale transaction on the phone size screen. I have to open on a tablet or larger size to see where purchase was made now. Need the option to go back to old app! This app is a downgrade.

Still cannot pay credit card from the app. Not everyone has a personal computer to use. Now I have to pay my sons credit card for him as he does everything on his phone (or used to) can't even get into the app today

Been getting a Call Customer service message for several days but hold times are ridiculous so I have no support . I only use my cell for banking and this is very inconvenient
