Fashalot: Rewards & Deals

Worst app ever .Earlier it was very useful but now they have started reducing the facilities and that's making the app worse. You can't even recharge now .there are so many terms and conditions . shop for 1999 to reedeme 1000 so what if I shop for 1600 so I won't get the offer. I think Fashalot team really needs to work on this other wise it'll lose a lot of customers.

Recently I checked in on one of the shop but later could not get the product I wanted. I wrote an email to Fashlot team to refund the amount deducted from my wallet & they respond back in less than 24 hrs. I am really glad to see such a fast response and refunding amount back in my wallet in less time. Thank You

This app has some serious issues, worst app I have ever used. Most of the time ppl cant upload bill while shopping there could b any reason... Once u go out of that area.. boom u can't upload bill. Can't upload two bill from the same store there has to b an hour gap.. what kind of logic is this.. you want us to sit there for an hour just to upload bill. What if I have ever 5 bills. If want to target more ppl. .. you need some serious changes in ur app. Not at all happy...

The server is always busy. Have not been able to upload all 7 bills. Checked and found Nothing wrong with my network. Wasted a lot of time trying to upload

This app dosnt work in many places in Bangalore... U will hate shopping if u dwnld ths app.. The F in F cash is Fools cash i guess... Dont download this app...

I just love the app.. I everytime get cashback on my shopping bills.. if there's some error with the processing of bills then the company is really cooperative to get ur bills separately​ approved. They exactly know what customer service means.. Amazing service with cashback on ur shopping bills!

Great app..but still many store managers don't have knowledge how to redeem the cash from this app. I have redeemed money and saved a lot..best part customercare piks up ur call very quick and help u properly...special thanks to REEMA

Only selected stores are there. Atleast if one brand is a partner, all its branches should be part of the network. For example I searched Franco Leone in Lajpat Nagar when I was there, but only Rajouri and Dwarka branches were listed. This is not right. You should work on bringing the whole network of one brand stores in your fold.

Zero customer care support. No replies on chat! Removed the redemption areas of f-cash and restricted now to stores! Worst is customer care only. No reply AT ALL!

Compare to other offers at both online nd offline.. ur offers r not so great to purchase ! U need to target right product with wow offers atleast for limited period ! Which helps customer to b active

Wrost app ever i had used What we earn through cashback now aftr new update we can oly use f cash store what the hell they trying to do

Removed all the facilities like recharge,Bigbazar coupons etc which let us use our redeem points.Now only way to use our redeem points is to use it for shopping which is also limited.Now I feel like no point in using this app.

Worst app Don't download this app actually give cash back but can't able to use it also If you are at there service partner. And when you try to use cash back there service will not work or they said server is down.

It's the worst app ever made...Please don't make such apps and waste ur as well as our time...The f cash is not redeemed at any of the mentioned stores. Totally disgusting

Worst app, you're now bound to redeem points on shopping. They had options like mobile recharge, big bazaar voucher, domino's and KFC vouchers and now all are unavailable. App is of no use now. Most of the merchants are unaware of this app usage. Pathetic service. Don't download and don't waste your time. You can't redeem the points you earned where you want.

App is awesome & so is the concept behind it. Due to their Cashback and instant discount offers i started buying offline from showrooms rather than from buying online . Gud work Team Fashalot

Pathetic app. Can't redeem the f-cash. No response on email/call. Don't see 4.1 rating and download it. It is one of the most pathetic apps I have come across.

Cheap and third class app just to make money by fooling people... I refered to my friends through app and haven't got any F-cash.. When I called on their customer care number an idiot picked up the phone showing stupid accent and asked me to wait for 3 hours.. Its been over more than 3hrs and still not got any response from them.. Guys these guys are just cheap moneymakers

Worst app ever , start ups like this app can never be successful the only positive thing about this app was the resumption of points through recharging and they have stopped recharging option long back. The points can't be redeemed and store's does not even recognize the app.Such a wast of time and worst app that only consumes space in your phone. Uninstalling the app at least I can clean some junk.

This application is really good. Customer care people are really good. They listen to your problem and resolve them in few hours. I am Lovin it.

The user ex is so confusing. Cluttered interface. Seems useless.. it's just not user friendly.

i have been using this app from 2016 and i have redeemed just once. We cant recharge using the app,there is not any option for recharge. Bsides we cant generate discount coupons for our F-cash. No value in real life

You removed options to redeem and I am removing the app from my phone...You can't cheat people by removing the options to redeem.

Amazing app.. Really helpful for online shopping

With a new update they removed the redemption of F-Cash in form of vouchers. Even when it was there they were always out of stock. Not a worthy app to download.

I am not able to redeem the F cash to get the free gifts.

Cashback are not useful as you need to redeem them in particular store and shopping amount should be 3 times of redemption amount

First I didn't knew how to use it , but when I used this app Acc. To the instructions it's a good app I saved ₹500.

Worst app. Illiterate customers care services. Dont know anything. For rs 100 discount on 1000 what is the use

In the beginning it was good but now they dont give us any coupons for bms, kfc or any other#redeem
