After registering it wouldn't accept password so reset it. Didn't accept new one so deleted and downloaded again still didn't work. Waste of time contacted about prob still awaiting reply

From this morning it keeps saying server error so cant log in to pay my bill. I just wont pay it then! Their own fault!!

Worked fine to begin with. Now I can't log on to the site and pay my bill. Awful. Every update just makes it worse.

App worked fine till update, now saying can't access servers... Can't log in to pay... That's fine I won't be paying then! Terrible since the update!

Installed the app over a week ago and still won't log me on.. just keep getting a problem with server message

App was great until on my old phone, but since I put it on my new phone it won't let me make payments

Works well but needs fingerprint recognition for easier login. If it had that I'd rate it 5 star

I put an application in nearly 5 weeks ago and got a yes & you will receive your card and pin within 7-10 working days and still nothing . Marble-less service this guy's

Fairly basic app compared to Barclaycard app. Takes a while for payments credited to my card. User interface is fairly featureless which is a shame.

I'd love to see fingerprint sign-in like in most other modern banking apps.

I cant really say if the app is any good or not because it doesn't even let me log in!

I find it very helpful in managing my finances :)

I had a problem when putting my postcode in too, if like mine yours adds letters on to the end just delete back to last number/letter you'd just put in then put in your next. I had to do this for the last number and last 2 letters of my postcode. hope this helps those out who have had problems with it, but it should be sorted at the other end, apps are after all meant to make life easier.
