IPhone version is so much better. Android cons: 1) Tracking should be separated in different categories by DATE. Otherwise its super confusing especially with dozens of parcels to track. 2) A quick swipe to delete is much quicker than clicking 2 buttons to do so 3) to view shipment details and track status we have to click on the shipment then again on "status". It should load all the info as soon as shipment is clicked on Pros: 1) Scanning label for quick load/save 2) Shipment notification option

The app would be great if it kept you logged in. Unless I add a package to my watch list, I don't receive notifications and can't see the package when I open the app. I have to log in to see anything each time I open it which makes the app pretty pointless because I can just use the web if I want to log in each time

I tried to modify the delivery instructions for my package due to be delivered the following day but it kept crashing on me. When i was finally able to get through it said i had exceeded my attempts to modify and it locked me out for 24 hours!!! I was forced to try a different avenue to get my delivery modified in order to make sure i got my package. The only reason i gave it one more star than the minimum is because it alerts me on the status of my deliveries.

Swipe down function is supposed to update tracking, but that is a facade to make you think it is updating. Closing and re opening the app is the only sure fire way to update tracking. Annoying.

This app is terrible. It feels like every time I try to use it, I get an error—even for basic things like tracking a package. Uninstalling it because it only takes up space without providing any benefit. In contrast, the UPS app just works.

App does not get updates from fed ex or fed ex is very slow to provide information. Seems to operate with 8+ hour delay

Will not let me add new tracking numbers. Constantly get "can not add tracking number, tracking information available". Always get "can not complete at this time try later" Not worth the frustration!

Love being able to see when my package will be here so that i am not sitting for days waiting and wondering if i missed them. Also know if something is delivered and i know if I need to get back so that it is not swiped up by a thief!

It is a good App. Sometimes it says not tracking anything but if you refresh the page on a phone or hit the back button then hit track, everything will come up. Even the deliveries in the past will come up which is great in case you need that information.

For the most part the app works ok. Sometimes I can't add tracking information. And I don't get package information

Few bugs still. Sometimes it won't load and you have to force stop it, or log out and back in. Otherwise it does what it says it will. Did have a package show up that wasn't in my tracking list, but no big problem.

The app is pretty good, but it it's awkwardly designed. Also pitted It's needy, "do you love me" how pitiful.

Love using this app. Quick and easy way to view the delivery status of all your shipments. One thing I would love to see added on the shipment list screen in small font is the package reference.

Great app to keep with your FedEx account. Track all of your shipments to and from you, pay for services, very easy to use.

It's sometimes glitchy but the app is helpful to know when packages are coming. Maybe add real live updates to know where the driver is or an exact time

Ever since they implemente surepost, it has been a blessing to me, because, I can pick up the package or it gets delivered by the USPS! Also love that I can monitor my package from anywhere, and keep abreast of its activity! Thank you! GB

I am an update junkie. The scheduled date is important, but the route by which it gets there is fun to watch.

Great app for tracking shipments from FedEx. Provides up to the minute tracking details of your package, so your always informed on the status. FedEx truly offers the best tracking around!!

Like so much! See future delivery schedules, delay delivery, see package requirements (sign req., etc.), create shipments. What's not to like?

FedEx service is trash. Been screwed over by FedEx too many times to count.

Won't let me log in, says wrong info even though I can login into website with no issue.... so I can't even use app

I can track packages, that's all I'm worried about.

I love that when I have a shipment addressed to me it will let me know without me having to give a tracking number.

Comes in handy for me to track my packages being I'm disabled and know when to expect them.

We use the app to track and quote our international shipments. Works like a charm!
