Bacon Camera

This app is awesome. Filmic pro doesn't support my device. I was looking an awesome app which has manual focus. Only one thing just add color profiles like flat etc. Also add crop guide lines like in Open Camera and different points for focus and exposure also why can't we set the shutter speed in video mode? Is it my device? If it can do the things that I said then this will be the perfect camera app on EARTH!

IMO, this app is just (OK). It needs work on the settings. On my LG V20 (Android 7.0 Nougat), this app is rather disappointing. First, when I tap the "M"... The only settings I get are White Balance and Exposure. Second, when I go to Scene mode, changing to certain Scenes causes the camera focus to become Locked in Macro... where tapping to focus simply doesn't do anything (unless I change to a different scene). And Third, In Panorama Mode, the exposure level is extremely dark and cannot be adjusted. .I understand this does not use Camera2 API and it's basically a hit or miss on functionality, but for a phone that was built with superior camera features, I'm surprised and kinda expected a bit more. But I give credit for the effort put into this.

I am using asus zenfone max sd410 raw file supported but the manual control is not responsive!! And after raw capture app crashes. Also in raw mode manual is not working

Work perfectly, manual focus, shutter speed, ISO, WB. And RAW DNG support for Xiaomi Mi4 With Sony IMX rear cam module. Just small things that i can't found, how to disable shutter sound?

Best ever Camera app for high quality images and dslr type photography. I an using redmi Note 4 and the default Camera is worst. This has replaced all the Camera apps. The features and quality is Really very impressive. Great work developers.

.The best manual cam app ,atleast for mi A1 ????! Occasionally crashes tho. I have a suggestion , Add auto exposure mode toggle button for better Experience! It's annoying to change it later on.

I want to take a moment to sincerely thank this app. My LG G3 was unable to capture raw images whatsoever - and your app finally enabled me to. Thank you for your incredibly powerful app that is one of its kind - enabling users with older phones to have Camera2 API features. -The only thing that would help tremendously is the inclusion of a swipe gesture on the focus circle for exposure compensation- PLEASE MAKE IT HAPPEN

Went from CM 13 to LineageOs 14.1 (OnePlus One) only to find out that the stock camera app in LOs did not support RAW. That to me was a major let down. This App does the job by supporting RAW. Super Happy.

Manual focus allows me to take the BEST quality pictures (not working on LG Fiesta 2). Standard Autofocus is not very useful for macro photos. Thanks for the Manual Focus option. 5/5 stars.

This app is horrible crashes every time.. and camera app which have ads is no camera app.. it may miss the special moments if they keep showing ads.

Edited review: A Camera RAW shooting App that Circumvents the LOUSY restrictions Imposed on Low and Mid Dange Smartphones by their S@B Manufacturing companies (they want to Monopolize those for the Super Flagships). I shot some photos in RAW (not sure what flavour of RAW though) that surprisingly opened in Snapseed. They seem huge in size, and are easy to grade. I have a smartphone (Samsung On Max) that doesn't have native RAW Photos, but the Bacon Camera App is Superb for shooting RAW pics, as long as the subjects are non moving ones. The app is VERY Promising. Keep up the Superb Work. I ❤ the App. P.S.: Could you guys PLEASE find a way to circumvent the Video Restrictions TOO, on Smartphones that Don't Have Camera2 API Enabled

Best camera app! Too much banding occurs, needs an option to choose Anti banding freq....

Decent enough, I like the manual zoom setting. However the dial for the shutter speed is confusing and fiddly, should be like the other dials. The BMP seems to work well, and I was able to open it up fine in Snapseed.

Using this on my OnePlus 5 even though it's not in the list for supported devices, it's working nearly perfect except slow motion video doesn't work, which I don't care about. But I do care about how theirs a little bit of crop on normal video. Was very pleased to see it working so well though. Fixing the crop issue in video for OP5 would be great though, as that's the reason I'm using bacon camera, since OnePlus forced the EIS which I hate because of so much crop. The crop on this is not as bad as stock but I can tell it's not as full as it could be as Google cam is wider but that app is buggy. So I'm choosing this, as it was my primary camera app I used for my OPO. Rating 3 star to catch attention in hope that you will fix this, also the top right has an issue with a little black and white moving line

The best thing about this app is the ability to shoot raw without the camera2 API, which is working wonderfully. But i was unable to switch off histogram and it crashes when i try to shoot video.

The best camera app u can get. Lot of manual control. This app gets best out of what your camera can do.(based on my experience with mid range smart phones)

I own redmi note 3 snpdrgn version.. installed the app to have manual focus control... but manual focus control is not working... focus remains fixed always.. weather i keep sliding the focus adjuster.. it doesnt works.. please provide solution..

This app is perfect fine when u adjust the focus but when the pic is clicked the photo quality is very low... It gets pixelated n blurry

This is a great manual camera app for Xiaomi Redmi note 4 better than the stock camera app . Though there are some crashes but that's very rare like ones in a 15 th time... But I will suggest you to 1. Add manual focus feature to front camera also. 2. Options to save in Raw file format.

app is really good..... camera is showing its great potential ...... but sometimes after using it for 2 3 minutes ...its controls stop working ....like changing camera from rear to front.....and flash isnt working everytime...please fix those issues.

It is good as Google camera for redmi not 4. Need some improvement for best camera . Night photography need to improve. Hanging problem and stop working some times. Otherwise it is good .

While the features are great, and the very quick capture, the launch time gets me annoyed sometimes, like when I'm trying to take a photo of a lecture. It is fairly long compared to instantaneous launch on stock camera app.

It is not stable on my device, Redmi Note 3. And also the links provided in the description are invalid and shows 404 not found.

No option for manual shutter speed (on my phone, why? ) . But this was the only app that provided manual focus for my phone. GREAT APP.. Thanks...

For now snap HDR and bacon Camera is the best and real camera app on playstore, pls keep it as real camera, dont add trash feature like other , move to donate version, developer deserve a cup of coffee !

This is a amazing camera app with great manual controls but this app gets hang when i adjust the shutter speed. Please solve this problem

Its a nice camera.I am using Samsung J7, which not supported camera2 apps.Fortunately I did download Bacon camera.It has almost everything I needed.If two features like face detection can be added and flash metering mode can be added on screen than bacon camera will be unique and unbeaten.

More manual control for my Note 4x. Like it except the ads I'm sorry. Whether there will be a pro version of it without ads. Suggestion: it really needs HDR mode adjustment since the pictures taken were looked so artificial.

I love your app.. can you add light painting in next update. With high resolution? Like my redmi 3s prime has 13 mp cam, but in light painting mide,in camera fv 5, it captures at 0.9mp resulation. Why?!

awesome blur effects ???? other apps like google camera says that your phone doesn't support manual focus but this app can tdo manual focus on my redmi 4 (redmi 4x global)

whenever i click any raw image, the image becomes blue in all lighting conditions...i am using lenovo k6 power K33a42...is the problem is in app or my device..plz help

Awseome . TRY THESE SETTINGS IN DAY #1 TURN OFF WAVElt. DENOISE #2 TURN DOWN SHARPNESS TO 1 OR EVEN ZERO FOR BETTER LOOKING IMAGES ( INCREASING SHAPRNESS JUST INCREASES NOISE NOT DETAILS) #2 SET ISO TO LOWEST POSSIBLE

A major bug with ma device or app bug I don't know is not capturing quickly some times its stops working ma device is redmi note 3

I can't find the shutter speed option for my phone i.e. Samsung Galaxy on Max in your app's M section.

The app has potential, but it crashes, freezes, HDR mode not supported for Moto X Play and many other bugs!

Awesome app. Can you tell me how to disable countdown sound of last 3 seconds in case of manual shutter speed of > 3 seconds? I've disabled camera sounds, but the countdown sound is still there.

Best manual controls for the mobile camera, only issue is, it stops working on my Moto X style/pure when I try to increase or decrease the shutter speed.
