For me, it does all I need to do. Balances, transfers and the location. Keeps track of all my accounts.

The app only allowes you to do basic functions such as checking your balance, transfer money internally from one account to another, view locations & DEPOSIT checks. Now one of the MOST IMPORTANT functions this day & age that this app CANNOT DO is, 1: UNABLE TO USE ANDROID PAY & UNABLE TO USE SAMSUNG PAY, which is COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS in 2017!!!!. Paying for merchandise is something each and every one of us do on a daily basis & having the capability to use what millions of other bank & credit union customers would only seem right that the banks & credit unions want to stay up to date.with technology for their customers. You would think that in 2017 even the smallest of banks would allow their customers the extreme convenience of paying for their goods, services & the ability to send money to anyone they wish. I just don't understand why this isn't a PRIORITY, because the friends I talk with, who use CB&T, are ready to sink way, way down & unfortunately do business with the "BIG BANKS". PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE get this service implemented ASAP & do for your valued customers what technology has provided us, CONVENIENCE & GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Just wish I could add payees to my bill pay from this app

I wish it would print off like it does on the computer. My computer crashed so now I have to pay to get copies of my statements. Before I could print them off with my computer whenever I needed them.

I don't understand the purpose of a banking app that doesn't work outside of bank hours..... So if you need to check your account before 10am in the morning or check it on the weekends at all then I suggest you open an account at a real bank, because CITIZENS BANK & TRUST IS THE WORST BANK I'VE EVER DEALT WITH!!!

You can view balance, deposits, and withdrawals. You can transfer money between your accounts. I cannot find anywhere on it for depositing checks the way larger banks have. This became a disappointment once I got a job with a smaller company that gives paper checks on Friday afternoon. Saturday banking hours are short, and I work before the bank opens and after it closes Monday through Friday. Not having the capability for mobile banking deposits is a real inconvenience.

I would like this mobile site to be the same as being on a computer. Most people have tablets, and are not using the traditional computers.

We really love this app. We are able to do all of our banking in just a few touches of the screen.

I like that it's simple to use, fast on updates, and I don't have to get online...one thing I found wrong with it is I'm not seeing overdrafts. It will show the amounts takin out and deposited but not your balance. If these could be fixed it would be perfect.

This POS app is virtually unusable I have tried to get the ability to snap a picture of my check to deposit multiple times and the poorly designed website just runs you in circles.

This is a really great app. It updates immediately and it works great. I was really impressed with Citizens, their website is busy and this is app is simple and clean. It's a great addition to your banking experience.

This app is average at best but Citizens Bank as a whole is the most useless awful low budget ghetto piece of crap amateur bank in the United States of America

This app doesn't update any of my account activity, all it shows is deposits. Before you updated the app it worked fine!
