Bank By Mobile

I can't make mobile deposits since I bought a new, better phone. All my other banking apps allow for mobile deposits but this one isn't compatible with the camera. Also since switching phones, it doesn't remember my username. Also, please make some sort of simplified login like with a fingerprint or pin number.

Can't get nothing done. The old app website was a heck of a lot better.

Horrible app. No positives to say about it. It got me locked out of my account many times for no reason.

I am really not all that happy with this..it's always a 50/50 chance that it'll fail due to some service failure. I know it's not on my side since everything BUT this app works well. I wish I could rely on it but the quality and dependably just isn't there.

Can't view my transaction history any longer and get an error when trying to deposit a check. Pretty annoying!

The latest update crashes claiming a network connection error?

Crashes everytime! I have Uninstalled and reinstalled no luck.

This whole bank is crap now though so I shouldn't be Surprised. I used to enjoy banking here but since moving to Fayetteville it's really a bad choice period and your app is not letting me in again even though I have perfect internet signal

I have been banking here at fsbfs ever sense the early 1970's with the squarls club and have not had any trouble banking with them

This app only works half the time. Please fix.

This app stinks... always locks up... have uninstalled / re installed countless times.. tonite... yet again... unable to access... " system error " service failure.... yet ALL other apps work just fine. Wonder how simmons or bank of the ozarks apps work... hmmm...

Locked up with a loading screen the first time I tried to use this. And the web site claims it has the feature for mobile deposit, but it does not. NO MOBILE DEPOSIT..

This app needs a marker or place keeper for checking accounts so you will know the last place you were when u last balanced check book

Every time I try to make a check deposit it makes me take the pictures over and over again, it's supposed to have a self focus but it doesn't focus. I find it harder, less convenient and aggravating trying to deposit one check for 15 minutes without success than just running by the bank.

It says I should have the option, but it's not there.

Ok..simple..on galaxy s4 the transaction listing are seriously ugly..all caps and too bold...oh and tooo black
