Hitung Satu dibagi menjadi beberapa level. Di setiap level disediakan petunjuk sederhana untuk memberikan dasar teori tentang soal yang akan diujikan. Tiap level akan memiliki 20 soal. Untuk lolos dari suatu level, skor minimal adalah 70. Jika nilai masih kurang dari 70 maka level selanjutnya masih akan terkunci.
