Worked awesome to detect the polarity of a couple of powerful bar magnets I bought. Note: I found it worked perfect when i'd hold the magnet face and phone face parallel to each other, about 12" apart then slowly bringing the 2 together until i'd get a reading, when about 6" apart. Magnets had a 30lb pull. My opinion, great app, very useful and price it right!
