Really well designed! Dont expect to much from it, again its an app and its limited to what you could do, appreciate that you could make payments and see your balances. Like the app!

Depositing checks is a nightmare. I have no other problem with my other bank apps. Recommendations: have an option to upload a picture of the check or have the camera light be activated through the app.

The first time the login was working but i have the right id and password and it doesn't let me login

When I try to make a deposit, it keeps on crashing when I try to take a picture, I just started using this app and it's not working

This app is easy to use, however; I use to bank with BofA and LOVED that I could transfer money from my checking to my savings. I would love it if you could make this avaliable soon! Thx!

Very simple to use and it is nice to be able to transfer money between acounts very smoothly

Out of the several e-check deposit apps I have used, this is far the worst. I dread having to use this app to take pictures of my checks. The least they can do is fix the mirror issue.

It's ok. Has clitches,freezes on me and won't let me in.i have t9 uninstall and re install to make it work again.

My biggest issue is that it takes me atleast an hour to get the deposit photo "done right". I have great lighting, I have a clear picture, the whole check is in the image, but it RARELY works. I'd like this to not be so touchy anymore. Due to my work hours, I can't just go deposit at the bank.

Setting up my account is to hard and takes to long and requires to much information to set up my account

Would have rated it a 5 if it had that option for my droid. It would help with the quality of the check photos. When you have to be over the check, you tend to block the light, which creates a blurred photo.

I loved the app at first, it hasn't worked in a couple weeks now.

Works until it decides not to, then locks up. Don't call the technical department, the teenager on the other end of the line will just deny that there's a problem. After you tell her you restarted, rebooted, and reinstalled, she'll ask if you have done those things. The final straw if when she says, "mine phone app is working just fine." OH GOOD FOR YOU!

Helpful on most days but I haven't been able to log in for a week now.... Say there fixing it but nothing yet.

Some days it works fine! Some days it doesn't work at all!

Can check balance wherever, and being able to simply take a picture to deposit a check is very helpful

Get balances, make transfers, you know the drill. It works, you should download it now.

Was working great til today. Now it says I can't log on? My connection isn't secure. Can't use home WiFi or phone service. Uninstalled and reinstalled app, and it worked once, now same error?

Don't do a half-butted update that doesn't work. Nice fail. Uninstalled till fixed.

Glad to have a great app for a great bank! Works great on HTC One M8. If you are having problems be sure to list what phone you have so that they can see it. Also, if you have a scratched or dirty camera lens remote deposit cannot see as well.

Mobile deposit force close on 4.4.4

Mobile Banking is a great idea for everyone - if I could only use it:-( Now that I cannot make a deposit of cash or checks at ATM's and Tech Support says the mobile service doesn't work for business accounts:-( Electronic banking, Technology, Bah HumBug!...now that I have to visit the bank to deposit cash or checks, only when there open because ATM's do not accept deposits anymore and this is successful technology? We do get speak with the nice tellers at the bank to make a deposit of cash or checks just like we did a decade or two ago. What happened to new and improved?

I've never had so many problems with a remote deposit app before and it hasn't been addressed in months. PLEASE fix the poor quality of the camera function.
