Exactly what I was looking for, the workouts use different muscle groups and ask you to switch between them with short rests so you never fully come down from the one before. Just what you need to start the day off!

Came across this app on the ios platform and was thrilled to see it on android. It's what anyone would need for laying out and tracking your program. There is everything from suggestions to allowing you to customize your own.

I love the simplicity of this app. Perfect for any level. Easy to keep track of sets and reps. Streamlines your routine with built in timer and calendar to track workouts. Simple navigation with minimal clicks helps speed usability. Excellent log feature. A few areas could be improved however as the app matures I'm sure it will only get better. Don't hesitate to try.

Like all new things it takes a short while to get up to speed. Great app. Very well presented. I really like seeing my history when I do an exercise. A suggestion would be to see the target reps on the workout screen rather than having to go back. This would be useful as I do sets to failure and have different target reps per set. All in all a great app at a great price.

i just work out 10 min everyday or every other day regularly with this.the results are amazing .i am fitter and muscular. Most of this fitness also relates to everyday well-being. This app is amazing.i am enjoying it on consistent basis.

Excellent program for references and, or creating weekly or daily programs from scratch. I don't know what I've would of done with it! It was quite literally the light that guided me out of unorganized and unbeneficial workout at the gym. Get it! You will not regret it!

only suggestion, I wish more new exercises would update over time to do! along with a section for just body workouts, so no weights or equipments needed you can do other then just at the gym.

Easy workout, Fitness Workouts. I do much better with a Pilates mat for the crunches, but other than a chair and a wall, you need nothing else. The best part is getting a little 'gold star

Love this app! I use this app often to help get new folks comfortable with the workout routine I've created for them. This app shows pictures with motion, word descriptions and which muscle groups are being worked. Fantastic

I downloaded quite a few free apps as i just wanted to have a database of exercises for extended knowledge to give my body every possible chance of getting fit beyond measure. This app is easily the best I've found, the range of exercises in Fitness Workouts is extensive and the demo of each exercise and written notes on how to perform them is exactly what i was after.

Awesome quick workout to do daily. no more excuse not to workout. it is fun and effective. find this out from John Lee Dumas Eofire podcast daily routine. You need a bit of warming out before getting on this exercise

The app guides you through a sequence of specific exercises based on recent fitness research. One especially helpful feature is the option to see static pictures or view the video of each exercise as you work through them. Easy to use and quick to master.

Likely won't be a great way to lose weight, and get in decent shape, but! It will get your blood pumping fast, and it'll last a half hour to an hour. So you really do get active and get that body working just a little bit. :) perfect!
