Fitness Playground

I have been trying for four days to book and amend for the creche in the childcare section of the app and every time it just goes to a loading page and nowhere else. I have reinstalled the app turned my phone on and off and tried at different times of the day across multiple days. No luck. Can you move the creche booking back in with the classes? The app worked 85% of the time before now it is useless to me.

its so slow and buggy and i dont understand why the big pictures in the background, quite unsightly. also every time you close the app it has to completley reload

Only used it shortly, but so far it's a much better experience than logging in on the website, which isn't optimised for mobile. Easily booked some classes and had them straight in my calender. Only thing so far, is my PT appointments haven't shown up, and anything I've booked on my laptop doesn't give me the option to put into my calender. Will reevaluate if I experience like other users have, but so far has worked perfectly. BTW, I'm using HTC 10

It's so inconsistent. Sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. Really annoying because I want to book and change classes all the time as my schedule changes all the time. Half the time there is an 'error'. Please fix it and I will give a better score!!

Have used for around six months now. Performance is usually buggy. It's better than having no app but I shudder everytime I have to open it... Update, dropping down to 1 star from 2 stars given it doesn't work at all anymore...

This app is so buggy. Today it won't even open - no error message, just closes after 10 seconds of the loading screen. 2 weeks ago it couldn't load the class list for my gym for about a week. I love the app when it works and the UI is great, but the bugs are quite bad.

Rarely works smoothly. Generally have to open the app twice to book classes. Have to uninstall and reinstall occasionally. Would honestly just be easier to book over the phone.

Never loads.

I got used to the server connection timing out or loading pages painfully slowly. But now for the past day they don't load at all (last 24 hours) so I can't book or view any classes . The filters don't work and only feature instructors not classes or days and it's a pain in the butt having to switch between 3 locations to find and book classes. Working fine on iPad but not on Android HTC M8 or Samsung Galaxy S7.

The app sometimes opens, when it does it crashes not long afterwards
