I love getting my hair cut at GQ but they have never been able to roll out a decent app. Super frustrating because they typically do everything that they offer "right" and the app has always been so terrible it blows my mind. Please stop offering until you get it right rather than offering a very sub par app before it's ready. I literally only want to book without needing to call and the app RARELY can do that (although booking is it's primary function, just doesn't work...Ever). It's ruining your brand.
