Fitplan: Train with Athletes

I paid the fee for one month after trying the free trial. However, I still saw the screen showing difference types of payment. I accidently clicked the first row and my membership was cancelled without warning or asking if I agreed to cancel or not. Now I can't watch the video. All I can see is the screen asking to choose the payment ;__; please help Update: I paid again. I think that was a bug in the program but now everything's fine. The program is effective so my money is well spent ^^ I don't regret buying it at all.

Love the app... works great but of crouse not always perfect... but it gets to the point on what you need... gives great direction if your lost on where to start your journey with weight training and fitness. I will definitely keep this as a fitnesd tool. I just hope they continue to improve it and had nutrition guide.

It's a great app, love using it and love the fact that it shows you what to do for each excersice. I would love to see a feature where it shows alternative excersices in case you don't have the equipment at hand. One issue I have found twice already is that in the subscription day the app believes that I cancel the membership when I have already paid the monthly fee. This makes me unable to work out on that day and has me wait a couple of days until it recognizes the payment/subscription.

I truly love the app. It has a few bugs and could use some improvements. It tends to put the wrong weight and reps with the wrong exercise at times, but that I can work around. My biggest issue is that my plan renewed after 47 days of use and now all my progress has been lost. I was 50% through the O'Hearn plan and now it says I have to start over. I sent you an email tonight and I am not happy. The whole idea for the app is to keep track of my training, not loose it and start over. I will gladly change my review if you fix this issue quick......

The app keeps bugging to the point that I can't even choose a workout! For the price they chargr I would expect to at least do something with it

You guys need to work on the video format it's very annoying when I'm trying to play a video but it doesn't work. Especially when I have to keep clicking play and it still doesn't respond very well.. fix this immediately and I will give you your 5 star.

Went to Athelete Larissa Reis main website saying her plan is available on this app and cannot find it. Searched her name and still nothing pops up?

I like the app, but once I paid for my quarterly subscription, the app demanded I pay again. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and restarting my phone. Somehow i am signed up for another free trial but will be charged again. I don't understand how something so simple like payments are not working

Love this app! It glitched once but I think it was a problem with Google Play.

Now that all my issues have been fixed, I love this app! A few things that would make it perfect are: 1. The calendar tracking workouts on the day you actually do them instead of the day the program has you scheduled to do them so you can track accurately even if you have a few missed/makeup days. 2. The ability to review your progress details in previous programs completed. 3. Be able to adjust the number of sets for each exercise. 5. Have a rest timer. 6. Nutrition plan support.

Fit plans are great but there are a lot of issues with the app. Doesn't show progression anymore. And sometimes the app doesn't let you change or update the weight or amount of reps you have done. After the update I have found a lot more issues than the previous versions.

When signing up, it asks you for your credit card payment and says you get a free 7 days. Normally, with other companies, you can try it for 7 days THEN if you don't like it, cancel it without being charged. This is not the case with this app! there is no option to cancel. I only subscribed to try it out for 7 days and to see if it was okay with my weak wrists! It's not! If you have weak wrists or knees, this is not the app for you.

Great plans, buggy app. Repeatedly having troubles with the app. Not changing my review again, changed it 4 times already.

Its a Paid app. No workout is free acspt basic exercise

I have a samsung j7 and the videos doesn't work. I have to go to google or youtube to know how to do the steps. Please reply and fix it.

Love the plans but my suggestion is, could we choose the date we wish to start the plan. I often have looked and chosen over a weekend and it starts the day I signed up, not the day I'd like ie Monday instead of Sunday.

I subscribed to the monthly plan, but once the 7 day trial is over it keeps telling me my membership is expired. I went my subscription manager and everything is still fine weather it is my payment method and subscriptions status. However in the app it always says I am expired.

Very nice app. It is nice to learn from some great atheletes which is not possible directly. Only thing missing is a nutrtional plan, except for some videos I saw on youtube and second I think the app is useful for people who have already done body builiding at base level and want to go to advanced level. Not very useful for beginners. I think I will subscribe it again when I complete my basic workup so that I am able to do the advanced ones.

All is Ok, but what most people or companies doesn't tell you, it is the A, B, C about the best nutrition plan, that is the key for a great body, not all these workout, they are just part of success. We need to know many details about our body to make a great nutrition plan ( Macros & Micros )

The app idea its great but it bugs a lot sometimes of my screen lock the timer resets to 0 so my time is not saved and sometimes it wont let me put in my reps so it wont count them :/ really frustrating, you should seriously improve interface, And its relly bugging tvat sometimes i want to put my phone down and the video will start playing in full screen mode when i didnt want it, fix this and I'll give you 5 stars

I paid my subscription and now all of sudden its not giving me access after a couple of weeks right when Im trying to use it.

Free means free, but for them free men's 11$. Don't recommend this app.

I love this app but am experiencing the same issue with the payment options this is my third month and the first time with this problem.

I wish they would show a full view of the trainer instead of just their faces when they do moves. Yes they are pretty but we are here to learn from and new moves.
