Shopping list

I would give this app a 5 star rating if it would allow me to sync accurately between devices. Unless we both delete from our individual devices, the items reappear after syncing. The only way he can shop is if I message him my list. I have not found any other app that allows me to do everything this one does. Fix the sync or let me know what we are doing wrong.

Can't sync between devices because the backup from Google does not work, hence the 3 stars. Pity. I spent a long time downloading product pics onto my other device to make the app easier to use. I need to do it all over if I want the same effect on this device. It's annoying.

I like it but I really wish the backup function worked. I tried backing it up to my Google account but it doesn't appear to work. When I had to switch phones, The backup wouldn't show in the new device Only the old which really did me no good.

I use this app mostly to make lists for the shopping needs of the day. My wife uses the same app so she can see the same list when she uses the sync function. It's an easy smartphone way to coordinate grocery shopping. The shopping list app is also very useful for other kinds of lists as well. I keep a list of my prescription medications that I can show my doctor instead of trying to remember or carrying a piece of paper around. Shopping List can also be used for listing the ingredients in a recipe. It is an easy to use and reliable app. The reason I gave it 4 stars rather than 5 is because I have had problems with the sync function bringing back items to the list that have already been deleted. Although the shopping list app allows you to take a picture to be included with a list entry, that picture is not transmitted with the entry to someone else who is syncing to the list. Sometimes a picture would be really helpful. K

I like how over time as I shop I build a database of items & prices, which gives me a good idea as to how much my groceries will cost before I head out the door. I also like that as I am shopping, I enter prices and quantities for those items that are not in the database, and I have a total cost before I get to the cashier. The only problem I see is that making Backups is very clumsy. The backup interface is poorly designed as it does not let you choose the location of the file by directory nor does it let you see any already existing file names when you are to give your current backup a name. So you have to guess the increment, or name the backup for the current date.

I'd give this app a higher rank if it actually synched between phones. I've changed phones and have to start personalizing it all over, not to mention others cannot add to the list. But obviously they're doing something right, since I keep coming back.

Works great for us. Easy to list items, check them off, then delete. Keeps items on list that pops up after you enter 1 or 2 letters.

Organising shopping is so much easier. Auto resort to show the things that havent been puchased. Dont need pencil and paper list. This list is with you all the time.

Wow! Fivefly just made a 5-star app even better. Great job in developing and upgrading an app I use almost daily. Once again the development team has been proactive when they added the search function. Great feature.

It's great!!! You can input prices for those items and compare trends. Only complaint is that you can't I put the value of a coupon.

F- in product barcode support. Failed to recognize Hellmann's mayonnaise, Folgers instant coffee and Glad storage bags. Can't get much simpler or more universal than those products.

I agree with the other comments about syncing between phones and saving the data to Google drive or some where I can restore it from. It sucks to have a phone crash and lose all of your lists.

I use it for everything from shopping to paying bills and remembering things to bring on trips. I like that you can back up the lists and email them.

I love this app. It lets you take notes, save items, add new ones, delete old items, change categories, and probably other stuff I don't know about.

Brilliant, used this app for a few years. The categories make going round the shop so much faster than a paper list, also much quicker to add items to the list.

Love it, use it everytime I go shopping! Update: moto z2 force, newest update to Android, the buttons to save or cancel COMPLETELY disappeared, not good ☹️

sync does not work at all between multiple devices . worthless app fix it so list can be accurately shared between other members

I like the app but requested a "sort" by unmarked list on top but they keep responding that unmarked items can be sorted. Current sort is by "name" and "new". I would like to sort by LIST WITH UNMARKED ITEMS ON TOP. Hope can be done asap

It's a good app but the scanning option does nothing. I have had this app before and it worked perfectly then.

I found it very easy to use. I like that I can have multiple lists, one for each store. I like how I can switch items to a different list with ease.

Does what I need. Please do not over Develop this app in future releases

I love that it. It is a great I have lists for all the stores I shop at not just groceries but craft stores hardware etc. I can send the list to someone else too.

This is my favorite shopping list app. I love that I can keep multiple lists at the same time.

Missing an alphabet or slider quick find. Otherwise great stuff. Love the synchronise feature

New s8 phone, not sure why list changed by buying new phone. Have to use too many strokes to add items to list

Solid app. Syncing with multiple devices seems a little buggy, but generally can be worked out.

Shopping is always a lot more fun when I have a reliable shopping list. Fivefly is my choice. Great little app.

Great app, has many uses beside shopping lists

In the details about the app it clearly states that it can make changes to your SD card. However one cannot move the app to your SD card and when changing to a new phone lose all your carefully accumulated data. This is s flaw which should be rectified. Should one be able to do this and free up device storage, I would give 5 stars. Is there a reason that this had not already been developed???
