The new update is pathetic.. First it ia not giving the update bill information and second i am trying to add another account but get an error that the user account is already registered and it doea not allow me to add my shop and house account together however i was able to acces both of them together in the previous version. Also on calling customer care it says invalid no. Check the no. You had dialled... Worst update

I had installed kesco application as having trouble in logging in on my laptop. Contacting help number advised to install on mobile.i did and everything was fine. But after shifting on new Android mobile, I had to reinstall the kesco application. Since then, I am trying to login with my credentials but it is not accepting, saying wrong pw or login name. It's irritating. Please help.

Worst service.. my unit consumption for July month was 92 units. But you guys charged for 5 kv.. will you explain why you have done it..and now who will suffer....if Govt. give u some responsibility than do it sincerely.. y r u making others suffer..

Worst app... Made a payment though debit card Balance deducted but payment is still showing due.. Now i am stuck.. what to do??

Excellent work by the kesko, App is very easy to use for everyone because of simple user interface. All the necessary information is available for the user.i can also easly track down my consumption and bill. Also Happy to see kesko is replying and helping to there users who found some problem while using app....u guys deserve 5 stats. ????

Worst update. Not logging in, forgot password dosent. It is not accepting my working id and password. Why would u bring such disastrous update

in firsttime use its good but after updating app sow invalid user id & password and dont work fprget p/w and new shign in replied user is already login...pls work with this app...if its work properly this is a useful app.....realy this app is too good.All things happened because of i was putting wrong password this is my mistake.

After update not working and show invalid id or password and not recover from forgot password and I will try customer care they are not responding and call cuts from their side after waiting more than 10 miniut.what can I do?

After complaint generated ticket but after that not showing any complaint history not you can search ticket status so many bugs pathetic app. I am continued to complaints but no one is to hear it. Up govt is having bad name due to such department and such systems. App showing up govt undertaking what govt undertakes.. Pathetic

Old version is better than in comparison to new version.... I unable to add service account no. always error occurred....

Worst application There is no alternative to get the forgotten username and password. Surprisingly the username and password remembered have erased. Earlier suggested by developer to create new login ID but it failed with message,' account already registered'.

Worst app all my data of previous account is lost. Now when trying to make new account than not creating as msg is coming that this acc no already registered.

when i login error come invalid user name and password when i click on the link forgot password than msg come new password send e mail id but nothing come on e mail account.

Whenever I am trying to activate my account it's saying given id connection is not secure.why the f**k you run application which is not secure

It seems to be a complete noncence. First of all registration facility should be available at the app itself. Even on the website one cannot get registered as even entering a very well working email address it continue to ask to enter a valid email address.

This app is worse in changing password I forgot my password and I want to receive mail for changed pass. But it can't send any mail

I have installed it few days back but unable to use it as it didn't shows bill and payment options. Totally worthless...

The app was not permitting me to login with my old id, so ive made new login id and after that it was very smooth to perform on app. Its a good app but please do not update the application so that old data lost.

problem login after update new id bana rahe to account no.type kar rahe to already rageister bata raha hai

Is this app not accepting payment for prepaid recharge meters? If this is so, then surely this is a synonym of a very poor service from KESCo ! It has been around two years since the launch of prepaid meters in Kanpur, but even now you can't recharge them online. In order to do so, you are supposed to go to Parade office each and every month. What is the benefit of having a prepaid meter for a customer then? Terrible!

Although it's quite convenient to pay bill by this app ... Still can't register complains .... As soon as u submit any complain it is showing complain not registered....

When I paid bill before due date I should get rebate amount but they actually show the amount greater than my bill amount so finally they don't give Rebate amount if bill was paid before date.

Payment history feature may also be added to enable user to view last payments online. Not available in this app.

Plz Provide app for IOS mobiles, and provide many payment options like HDFC Smart Pay, ICICI, Paytm, Mobikwik, Pay Phone or many payment wallets....& ultimately worst app...........
