It was the best, my fav, but they couldn't run their business. Don't think they're ever coming back despite whatever scripted reply they send. Keeping my 5***** for Nostalgia. UPDATE: REMOVED MY 5* FOR BREAKING THE NOSTALGIA. RUNNR IS "NOT" TINYOWL. GO CREATE YOUR OWN SEPARATE APP!

2 hours to deliver biryani in the afternoon ( not even peak hours). They called to say one of the items was not available after 45 minutes of placing the order! Extremely disappointed.

I've been using this longer than since I can remember. When the app was new, it lacked any customer support whatsoever, except an email. Now however, they have a very accessible and interactive customer support, that makes this app worthwhile. Possible improvements would be to include user reviews for restaurants and dishes, but I can tell you're in the process of implementing that. Edit: Service improvement has resulted in no available restaurants at most places, so skip it if you don't live in SoBo.
