In your advertising calls to many destination i clude uk r free but when i made account n check rates they arent free. Kindly update your app n update rates. This advertisement is totally fake.

I think they should update their call rates on their website. No matching to the advertised call rates to currently paid rates.

Old version was Ok. New version is rubbish. Not able to connect to many numbers. Wouldn't top it up as it's not useful and waste of money.

I no longer have the option to top up via the app, I have just done a top up online, I have received an email to confirm this, but it's still not reflecting on my phone and I was going to make an urgent call, but now am stranded. Not happy at all

I have galaxy note 2. The app is downloaded and I also have credit but it doesn't allow me to make any calls. Totally waste of time.

Why calls to African networks all so expensive I think we need China to rescue us with their cheap services and greedy west will then reduce prices too

Payment system isn't working

I tried to call Ghana but it is not going through. Why?

When i initial started using it was 0.5p per min and now its 1.1p. Also when you recharge they deduct vat, so if you top up £10 you only get £8 credit. So when you calculate prices per min its lot more than what is advertised. Now since last few days, the call gets disconnected on the other end and a recording of your conversation is played back to you. its now happened to me four or five times in the last week.

Call and call quality are OK. BUT...can't believe in the free credit by completing offers. Completed offer and spent money on completing the offer, but no credit added to the account. Emailed customer support several times in the last two days, but no response.

This app never works apart from functioning very perfectly when charging money but when you want to make calls it won't function. Customer support is non existant. IT'S A SCAM. REFUND MY MONEY PLEASE,I.DONT WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH FONO.

It's a very good apps while you are watching the 30 second viedo you get free credit, which will be will be added to your credit balance also you can buy minimum £4.00 credit , if you buy online 20./. Vat will be added but you can earn later.please can you update the apps often.Most of the time is not working.

I could not load credit, if I try to call a number, it sometimes rings the last number I dialed instead, regardless of the fact that I selected a new number and my other half could not make calls as it says unavailable, but it rings when he types the numbers manually.

App sucks in Android 6.0... :(

I'm being charged around £0.20p per minute call even though the price displayed is £0.11p per minute. Also, my network provider seems to be charging me for all the international calls I made using the app although I've topped up my account.

Unrealiable app. Bad Call quality, Top up problem, frequent crashes, and bad customer service. I topped up 2wks ago but till now I can't use my credit. I email customer service but no reply till now.

Fono appears good but shows element of scam. After loading credit and paid, it keeps saying Fono has stopped working. When I tried as if I want to pay for more credit, it didn't say Fono has stopped. It was active to take more money but not working when customer wants to use the service we paid for. Customer right ombudsman should look into this immediately please.

Great app to call Iran. Some improve ments needed but the rates make up for it. I will tell all my friends and family.

Auto topup stays on... No option to remove credit card details... if u buy credit ..it seems risky... ( reply must )

Call quality is acceptable. The price per call to India was at .3p and now it has increased to .5p. I have a feeling that it will continue which means there is no way to use this app for long time. Adding free credit doesn't work. Installed 3 - 4 apps received credit for only the first one.

Just Installed this App but when I try to call it just keeps telling me that UNFORTUNATELY FONO HAS STOP WORKING.... WHY??? FIX PLEASE. .

Does this fono accept lycal number because have been trying to call on this fono but is saying fono has stopped and I have 4 pounds credit on it, could you pls answer this message ASAP. Thanks

Don't know what is wrong with the app. Anytime I try to call, it shows loading n then go off with this note 'unfortunately fono has stopped'. I have not been able to use it yet I have £4 credit available.
