I think this is a great bit of kit, all the relevant information for emergency and accident situations, car check lists for weekly, monthly and annual items. Great travel advice and support information like petrol stations and where you've parked the car! Love it.

German language in Portugal

Nothing useful

When I click on "Owner benefits" the app always takes me to a Greek (?) content. I have selected Finnish from region settings and the app seems to obey that when I click on "Online accessories". Please fix.

if Hungary wouldn't have left out from certain lists. Please complete.

Not up to date. Showed a dealership that closed 2 years agp. Didn't show the new site that replaced it.

South Africans drive Ford's. Why is it in this app South Africa doesn't appear under the various regions

Useless, can't understand what the perpous of this app is. Also some information regarding my car is all wrong.

According to this, there is only one petrol station in my entire town - and they've placed that half a mile up the road from where it actually is!

I'm unable to open this app as there is nowhere to say that I accept the terms & conditions, and it won't let me progress any further without doing this

A decent so bit it doesn't have the Ford Ecosport in the list of cars after pressing symbols

Every time the back button is used to go to previous screen, no matter which screen I am on, message pops up "unfortunately service has stopped". Not only is it extremely irritating but app is completely useless as is. Could be a very useful app if sorted out quickly

Originally the app started in German! But I managed to fix this. On Android you go into the phone settings menu, then languages check what language and change/ reselect English. Mine had change to extended developer English, what ever that is.

Started in German language and i can't find any settings to change the language. Useless for me since i don't understand German language.

Won't open as won't download T&Cs and allow acceptance. Disappointing.

Not sure how this would be of use to anyone. Was expecting some sort of login to show details of my car my service history and my service plan but all it has is a button to call ford and some useless generic info.

The app is only German. Device language is en-us.

Why in german?

Arrived here from the Portuguese FordService website but the app seems to be German only. Even if it is not, it didn't detect the phone's language and I'm not supposed to know German to change it to Portuguese or at least English. Completely useless as it is.
