Does nothing for your vehicle. Doesn't show anything relavant about your vehicle. Such a waste...not sure why Ford even bothered to make this app.

2016 f150 and the app doesn't really do or show anything. Shows oil life maybe 50% of time and won't sync to account...

The app does absolutely nothing. There is no reason for it to take up space on your phone.

I don't see the value of this app, when it connects to sync it does nothing as far as I can tell. Ford may want to make it worth keeping it just scrap it

The app is terribly slow and for the past 2 days I keep getting an error message saying Ford is having problems

i gusse it dosent work on older trucks cars etc...i have a 79' pick up it wouldnt work :(

Fails login 90% of the time, and when it occasionally works, it does almost nothing of value.

This opens browser for you to shortcuts on the website. Continuous circle trying to activate destinations and sync.

Very useful app! I really use the parking feature

I signed up for the My Ford account online and put it my VIN and it found my car no problem, I sign on the app, they ask me for the VIN then say it's not a Ford vehicle

I have a brand new 2016 King Ranch F150 4x4. I have read all the documentation remove and reinstall the app twice still will not register with my vehicle and will lock up the phone or you can't close the app very disappointed in it hope they can fix it soon

So I just got a new Ford 2 weeks ago and thought this app would be great to learn about my car. Plus the car finder sounded cool too. I go through all the steps to register my car get an account and so on. I find the questions I have because I want to quit bothering my sales guy and I find instructional videos to answer all my questions... hit play and absolutely NOTHING. I have with and without WIFI but they won't play and since there are no words guess I have to go to the dealership and bug people.

I have a 2016 f150 with sync 2.0 and both this app and sync 2.0 do nothing. Time to up your technology game to the 1990s at least Ford.

Does not recognise my car's Vin. It definitely is a Ford and the number was entered correctly. Hope the car performs better than the app.

I have a new 2016 Escape and everything I click says not supported for my vehicle. Really? After what I paid for the car? My CMax had an app that was far more informative & useful. Many more features like remote start from the app for free! What a waste of app space this is.

I simply can't use the app. The application does not allow me to enter a Mercury VIN number.

This provides Zero functionality, it just sends you to articles to read, but the articles load so slow, like they are fetched from the Internet via dialup. They also require your personal info and vin. SYNC is bad so I tried this app, big mistake. Uninstalling

All it does it open. Of you try to scan in a Vin, it crashes.

Oil life monitor disappeared. It worked a couple of times, then completely disappeared.

Can't log in and it says their system is down.

Login should not take over a minute... also why would this app not include warranty information. Or if it does, it is not easy to find.

I open it and it stays on the Ford logo screen. I try to exit out and my phone shuts down. There is a virus within this app according to Avast. Well, can't be mad, the app runs like a Ford. Needs a whole lot of work.

Log in every time you open the app...come on!? Can't exit unless I hit the home button...... I bought my truck used and naturally there was no owners manual, like the previous owner still needs or uses it, there should be more detailed info for specific model. Ive always been a ford guy, I expect more!!

Cannot manage account or sync services which makes this app pointless. Would be fun to also be able to personalize car color and trim for the vehicle profile. Would be great if app saved sign in information and the option to stay sign in. App is also very unstable and crashes often.... Use HTC 626s smartphone.

No matter how hard I try and register, it just spins and spins but never gets there. Too bad

Every time I try to add my truck it just spins and spins and spins. This is very frustrating. What good is it if I can't get my truck in there?

It logs me out every time I close the app. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!!
