The people at Ford credit are incompetent. If you make extra payments they will completely mess up your loan. When I called to get this fix they just made the problem worse. If you can, refinance your loan with anyone else asap.

Log in screen comes up as a failing to upload website. Cannot even log in. Had to delete it. Better off using the browser.

it lets me pay my monthly statement. Nothing more needed really. If I need any other detailed info, I can just sign in through the website. Good enough for me.
