L’ associazione Culturale RadioCanale7 non ha scopo di lucro.
Fondata il 12-04-2014 da quattro amici Fabrizio, Loriano, Luca, Stefano, con l’intento di diffondere la cultura musicale e non solo.

Perché RadioCanale7?
Perché Radio Prato Canale7 è stata una delle prime emittenti radiofoniche in FM a Prato; per la prima volta si poteva parlare di emittenti veramente libere e svincolarsi da quello che era il monopolio RAI.
L’ idea di poter arrivare nelle case, in auto, nei posti di lavoro, nei negozi, ecc.. dava quel tocco di magico a quello che stava per diventare parte della vita quotidiana.
Era la magia di ascoltare amici, improvvisati speaker di oltre oceano, subordinati da una tecnologia radiofonica che spesso ti lasciava a piedi, ancora agli albori “poco professionale spesso fatta in casa, dall’ amico quasi elettronico”.
Grande era l entusiasmo che faceva ripartire anche dopo l'ennesima “figuraccia”.
Poi arrivarono gli sponsor e il tutto girò verso la professionalità; la qualità cresceva di pari passo alla magia, fino ai nostri tempi, in cui il livello è al top con radio che provengono da altre regioni con speaker nazionali altamente professionali.
Oggi sarebbe impossibile aprire una radio in FM a causa della saturazione delle frequenze. Quindi l’idea di aprire una WEBRADIO che si ispira alla magia di 30 anni fa, e la scelta del nome RADIOCANALE7, con il suo slogan.
