Amino Acid Test

This is a great app! However, it would be better if it tracked your quiz scores and if it include more amino acid characteristics, like pKa and pH behavior. I would also love a setting that would notify me to review these each day!

Exactly what I needed to study for biochemistry. Only issue is that it would ask the same questions multiple times during a quiz.

Currently studying for the MCAT, and this has been a useful tool to memorize certain traits of amino acids. Best used as a study supplement though.

This is a quick easy way to learn the amino acids for adjunct study for the MCAT and its free. Can't beat it.

It's included everything in tis Bravo app

The app is helpful for a quick refresher tool. An option to be quizzed on side chain Pka would be a nice addition. Maybe even charge based on environment pH. That would take this app to the next level.

Great designed app but often the question will be written with a blank space where the amino acid is making answering impossible.

Wish I could single out amino acids I don't want included in the quizzes. Other then that it's great and simple to use.

It does not tell you the three letter abbreviation nor the single letter code for the amino acids but the quizzes test you on that. Please add this feature. Also, the current options for quizzes only test one amino acid at a time or groups of amino acids based on polarity, but not custom-made groups. It is useful for memorizing the structure of the amino acids though.

Very helpful visual tool to learn your amino acids. Quizzes are customizable enough but I wish there was a way to restrict specific ones from showing up.

There are some flaws that could be fixed with this app, but only some minor things. For example, creater should fix whether some AAs are essential and non-essential... in the app it says they are all non-essential. I do like how this app includes the pKas and some cool facts about each one. Maybe include facts about which ones are present in a-helixes, beta- sheets, turns, and what not in proteins. Pneumonics help a bunch in memorizing so make or use some good ones.

Can you please make an app similar to this but which has info about chemicals in general? Like a lot of common chemicals with info and quiz about all. That would be just perfect for learning chemistry and remembering structures and factual data about them. Thanks a lot! :)
