New version of app out today. Glad to see that. Unfortunately the app is still lacking access to rental contact info. Will update rating as warranted.

Is not displaying property photos for months now

Its been over a year now and you can't see photos. I like the idea of this whole app layout though. Mr. Mingo's office does respond in a timely manner also.

Keeps showing error message

Could not locate any property.

Used to be very functional, informative, and useful. Then, photos quit loading a few months ago......now NOTHING loads. Tells me " no results found " for every search. HEY TECH PEOPLE!!!????

All appears to work with the exception of any available search function. Nice idea but poor execution.

Garbage. Can't get anything to load except for this error. Seems it has been an issue for some time. Our tax dollars at work.

Every time I search a property it says network error. Worked great before.

DOWNGRADING it TO 1 stars. Couple things REALLY need improvement. Can't load photos of properties (current/prior). Did seem to work well then quit. Would be nice when that functionality is restored to be able to download/save photos. Important feature missing is lookup of rental contact info and Historic District. GPS Mapping feature needs major work (lookup by intersection is just a failure). Using Galaxy 5s. UPDATE:NO RESPONSE TO EMAIL TO APP DEV THAT IT BE UPDATED. Jan 2016, I deleted app from phone.

Hey tech guy: is anyone manning this app? People haven't been able to access property photos for six months now. Please fix!

I used to love this app...no problems with it...recently, the "photos" screen won't display anything. Disappointing. Using an HTC M9.

Very informative easy to access

but considering the website crashes as much as Stevie Wonder driving on the highway, that is not a compliment. I select Market and Johnstown in New Albany as my intersection....it zooms me to somewhere near Youngstown, not even close to Franklin County. However, the website wouldn't even let me load the search page. Try to select by point on map...it lets me zoom but not select anything.

Worked great! When I was looking for an app to do this I was pleasantly surprised to find one specifically for my county! Love the App!
