The worst experience. I am a paid subscriber, and I can't use my account. I can't call no one because they do not have a customer service number to call in the weekend. I can't find a solution on the forums. Such a waste of money. Everything sucks about Freedom Pop. And they steal your money with any chance they get. They activate services without your consent. For example the automatic top up when you have less than 1 pound. I would go for another paid service.

Use this mainly for inbound calls on a WiFi only tablet and it more than meets my needs. We make almost all outbound calls over WiFi, with Hangouts, on all our devices and smart phones, so limited voice minutes are rarely an issue. I would happily use a freedompop phone but there is no local Sprint coverage. Only two minor complaints. 1) There is no easy way to display and delete missed calls or the entire call history. 2) Echo cancellation settings are not restored after a Hangouts call using a headset. The service really is free, as long as you carefully monitor your account settings and turn off paid options such as voice mail and extended international calling. I also recommend opting out of arbitration for dispute resolution (see online Terms on their web site). The apparent $10 charge on your debit card is only a pre-authorization and no final charge is made. This is perfectly reasonable and will disappear after a day or two.

Complete scam. Bought a 'free' SIM and put it into my phone only to find that the app can detect it, let me register my card details, but can't actually use the SIM. Tried to get support from the company but because I'm a free user I got told I had to use the community forums when I called or sent in a mail. Got ignored on the forums so now I've got a worthless SIM while this scam has my card details.

Won't accept calls. Keeps crashing. 50+ incoming calls in 3 hours. Avoid!!!

Can't install it, it says download another app which you only can use in America, but I need to download UK one cause I lives it UK. I need to download this one but it won't let me.

The FreedomPop app is great (I have the Wi-Fi call/text).The free minutes and texting come in very handy. Nice of the company to offer commitment free. Thank you.

So it says I wouldn't be charged and then there is a 10.00 charge to my account refund my money so I can delete this app
