Worst ever service, very poor support staff

Delivery will done within 1 hour after giving order... They will take care about order given by us and they will deliver exactly what we want.......

Its good,, it will be helpful if the order can be edited or changed. That flexibility will improve

Worst service they deserve for zero star even call center was not responding. Waste of time.

Considering the fact that we have to go to meat shops and wait our turn, this app is a boon. Excellent service, on time and most important very clean. The delivery comes in half kg packets and so if you order more than that at a time, you can stick the remaining non cooked meat Into your freezer. A wish come true for regular meat or chicken eaters in hyderabad. Keep up the good work guys! Try addidng some more types of fish to your inventory.

The first time I have ordered was the only time they got it 2 hours delay and that was there best. I have schd an order 3 days before asked to deliver at 8:30 and they got it 1:30. I have ordered tiger prawns and they got medium prawns without informing saying that they couldn't tiger prawns. I refused and they got the order in the evening.. as if I have ordered them for dinner. If u have to order it for the next day give order for today then they will be on time.

Worst service. I have ordered some chicken and they have not delived even after 5 hours. They even not answering the calls. This is not the first time I am facing this issue. I am not going to place any order here from now on.

i ordered free range chicken with bones and i got only bones.. they r cheating people.. worst experience ever.. this is the second time which happened like this..my mom had same experiencewhen they ordered..

My order was supposed to deliver by 11 am.. I have not received even at 1 pm. I called the number 4 times. They said, they will Give a call back every time.. but i have never got a call back from them.. I think they don't even deserve a single star.. Please stop using this app.. Its a waste of time and money.. And you will stay hungry forever... Piss poor service..

I find this app very useful. Always delivered on time and quality of meat is also good so far. Only thing is it is little overpriced compared to market price.

Yesterday I ordered chicken and ask for medium cut and the chicken which was delivered was small cut and even the leg pieces were cut. I specifically told i needed for BBQ and now you guys spoiled whole recipe and experience. 20th may 2016: Reducing rating further as nobody reached to me.

Last couple of time the actual cost ( due to weight difference) was less than the amount that I paid through online. But when they delivered they never return the over charged amount.....two times I lost around 300 INR. When I called them they say they will send the boy to return the money but never happened. In case the otherway they will make sure to collect the money...app sucks....

Placed an order after reading about the app in local news paper. Order not delivered, and nobody is there to answer calls. Sent feedback, no response.
