I recently used this app to shop. That part works fine but the shopping screen is to big. Decrease the screen size a bit...also needs to be faster. It jumps when you click on a page also. Other than that..I like it. Thanx!

This app from Carol's Daughter is easy to use and I am "Obsessed" especially being someone whose newly transitioning, I.cant stop watching videos. The Quizzes are a huge help, and so are the recommendations. It's free, helpful and the app works without any kinks, confusion or setbacks. I am sold on Carol's Daughter. And Im officially a CG for life!

The app tells me to sign in with fb to earn extra points but everytime I try to sign in it says there's an error! Very frustrating.

I always have trouble using the app on my phone, but it works well on my tablet. Love the products and ordering via my phone would be a quick solution and an added convenience.

The app is ok, but it doesnt allow me to unlock the $10 coupon once I get all my points. Am I doing something wrong?

I like the idea of a Carol's Daughter application but it has glitches that make it harder to use. Still has glitches.

Best product I've found for my hair by a creator who has similar hair. No stickiness, no flaking, and not filled with perfumes and dyes. This app is wonderful! Saves time from net surfing & takes me to where I want to quickl

Every time you try and go to a previous screen it takes you to a main menu and you have to go thru about 5 more steps to get where u want. If ur planning on searching ur better off using the website not the app. It'll take you 5 times as long on the app

Love this product and was very excited to see they had their own app. Overall, it's ok but issues with shopping cart staying loaded. Kept deleting everything in the cart whenever I wanted more info on a particular product.

I always experience a problem with this app. It continues to tell me that I am entering wrong email and password. But I am entering correct info. Hence I get frustrated and exit. I remember my first complaint because I had to order by phone. I cannot use the app or get rewards or get members prices. Bad, bad, bad ! I hope you fix these glitches very soon. I'd hate to take my business elsewhere.

I love Carol's Daughter. I am SUPER excited about this app, you don't even understand. I just made my 1st in-app purchase of products and it went seamlessly. Loving it, so far.

The app is to busy, once you add product to your cart you have to start from beginning I would like to return to page I was on. I was twirling and that's not good for this old girl.

Not very useful. The videos and other ways to earn rewards points isn't updated often enough.

This is the most user unfriendly app I have encountered. I love the products but the ordering process is difficult and has many glitches. It discourages me from wanting to order.

Love the hair quiz, the videos and learning about all the different products. Love the support and encouragement, makes me feel better and stronger about going through my transition, I'm getting more excited. It's nice to get the GMO out of my hair aka relaxer. 7 months into my journey. CM

Doesn't work properly, took me 15 minutes to check out because it kept messing up. Also wouldn't input data correctly.

I love this app their are quizzes to learn your hair and skin type, and video tutorials to get ideas for your hair from women of all different ethnicities and hair types. It's definitely an app for every type of woman and their products are to die for! I love ne hair milk and Marguerites magic. My hair loves everything I finally found my hair crack

Love C.D. ! It has transformed my 44 yr. Old thinning but rough texture into soft,bouncy spiral curls again! Never be without this app!

Haven't had any issues yet. The only problem I have is that I hit the back button to go back a page and it takes me all the way to the home screen.

It said, if you download this app, you get $10 off your purchase . I'm trying to now but I don't see a code to apply to my purchase.

Um... I dont understand the app! Like.. There's only one quiz and like 9 videos. I rather look at the website all day

The how to videos using carols daughter hair products are inspiring and educational. I love getting new hair tips for frizzy, dry, curly hair....

Like that you earn points. Would be better if the points could act as cash for purchases.

I love the black vanilla and I love the way it makes my hair feel. I love the Moni products. I love the entire line.

I had problems inserting credit card number, phone numbers , any area where there were only numbers. Makes it really frustrating to order off the app. Also website isn't responsive so that's a major dissapointment.

Found my hair products and yes I can't wait to try them

I downloaded the app to get $10.00 of my purchase and it's not working. The app doesn't rotate with the screen making it difficult to close popups and enter personal information to retrieve my password.

"Application wasn't loaded because the server had an error.".. is all I get. Please fix.

App didn't work right away I had to uninstall and reinstall it a couple of times in order for it to open. Also it will be helpful to have maybe a checklist that'll tell the consumer what they need to do in order to unlock the 10 dollar coupon thank you

Wish there were other ways to earn points or at least upload videos more frequently. Other than that I love it

This will be my first purchase for natural hair products, im transitioning frim relaxed hair

Won't let me redeem my reward points and would be much better if there were a mobile site instead of the regular website

It takes extremely long to load pages and it doesn't let me redeem my coupons. I'll keep this app if they fix it soon, if not I'll stick to the website.
