The app all the way sucks.. So frustrated.... Son got the watch for Xmas, bought a SIM card, downloaded the app, full charge device, double checked with Tmobile about being online and connected properly, still can't use the watch with the app.. The instruction tab does not open, and I'm sure most questions could get answered if it did.. You can't save numbers in the directory.. I tried to use the voice talk, nope nothing, when the app says information saved where does it go because the phone list is still empty It just all around sucks.. Take it OFF the market and fix it please..

THIS IS CRAZY, PURCHASED THESE FOR MY KIDS FOR CHRISTMAS AND PAID FOR SIMS CARDS ONLY TO GET HOME AND NOT BE ABLE TO LOGIN TO THE APP TO SET ANYTHING UP??????? I HAVE GOOGLED HELP AND TRIED EVERY THING THAT EVERYONE SUGGESTED!!! GUESS WE BE SENDING THIS BACK. I DONT KNOW WHAT ELSE TO TRY!!!! HALF A DAY WASTED!!!

Where do I get the USER NAME or LOGIN ID to login to the app on my phone? Until I get this, can't give more than a 1*

Very frustrating! The T50 watch itself only has 1 working button which is the CALL button. Everything else has to be set up from the AIBEILE App which is not always intuitive and does NOT take into account Time Zone to adjust Watch Time. I still don't understand how to set up geofencing to be alerted accurately. Please have a proper Customer service for this App. It's terrible, I am regretting this purchase. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

Bought the t58 tracker watch for my son for xmas cant set apn cant log into app and when sim is inserted its asking for a pin.... wasted a few hours trying to set it up and finally think ill just have to go and buy a new watch for him now! Waste of time and money. Iv tried everything i can and everything iv found on the internet as well and still cant get to use it

I've just installed the app but when I enter I'd and password it's says error why won't it log me in

Only the gps tracking works the rest of the settings I'm trying to set on the two phone watches I've got says the device is offline, but picking up gps so how can it be offline?

5 stars if working mode provide more options such as 5 minutes, 30min, 6 hours. This is the way to save small battery device.

Product is very good reliable and works as expected but the app update needs improvement one of which is the device's battery status

Please tell the charges of using it and if any charges then how we can pay it for smile drive gps tracker?

Don't like the new version as can't see battery status, could see it on the old version. Also can't open the instructions

There are 2 key issues - the GPS is not accurate and it regularly gets stuck. Makes it pretty much useless. Highly recommend you don't buy it

All works great. If LBS could be turned off it would be perfect. WiFi is more accurate than LBS, even more than GPS in a city area.

Stays offline.voice messaging doesn't work.

This app did not deliver accurate location.

Works great as long as you know how to use the software and all the functions. Very accurate, and geo-fence is always right on with alarm alerts. Highly recommended unit.

Very acurate. Very pleased. The ID is located on the side of the box on a silver strip. 10 numbers.

All works. Not 100% sure about the settings.

Cant find the device ID in the watch, so can't use app. Could you please let me know where to find device ID? Thanks

Google maps will not open on android 6,baidu opens but you cant zoom in.

Doesn't work at all after the latest update yesterday, wasn't even good before, was having lots of issues with login as well.

Live tracking command ..working

Location is not accurate every time and sometimes the app fail to send request to the watch.

Come on man! Every time you update the app something else fails to function. Now Geofence won't save? WTF? If your going to update it then fix it not make it worse!

Not working when leaving home. Can only guess it's an app issue. Will be returning product back to Amazon with unrecommended review.

Nothing works

This app works brilliant in my area not like the other apps that were placing me in the wrong location and not tracking properly etc. I would like to know how to add another watch to the same app but there does not seem to be a way for doing this. Any help would be much appreciated.

Already use for 1 year, everything work well. Once update latest version, exactly same situations as Shabbat sheikh !! no help line & seller's homepages removed...:( hint: ID is 10 digit no. behind your watch or inner cover. Password is 123456 by default)

Appalling. The app does not work despite several hours checking the device, the SIm and the indicator lights and two calls to the phone company technical helpline. No instructions anywhere for app and no support line or website. Device had only limited instructions in very poor English. When will Far Eastern producers (this one is in Laos) learn to use English/US translators instead of local translators. Get this sorted out now!!

Does not work for my One plus two phone with Android 6. Does not open the map on "live tracking" or "footprint". Crashes with exception "Unable to start activity ComponentInfo(...". Update: OK, but it works with Baidu map. Something wrong with Google map integration only.

I had purchased GPS tracker having device ID & default password. Once login I am just able to make calls to device but it's not doing its primary function i,e Live traking. When i click on "Live tracking" it simply giving message "Current device is offline, Cannot send command" How it is possible when I am able to make calls on same device? There is no helpline or support number were I can call in. Please help...
