I've edited database with at&t restricted tethering what wasn't possible to fix with other apps on my rooted Flex2. The app crashes, but anyway it's helpful.

I'm running lollipop rooted LG Flex 2. Although it crashed when trying to do the search, I'm able to modify a database record to allow me to do tethering. I have the Sqlite editor paid version but it can't even open the database, kept saying database is locked. This free version get the work done! I would give 5 stars if it is not that buggy. Highly recommend.
