OK, this is for those on Verizon. You have to open Galaxy Essentials. Yes, I know Samsung says to get this app through Galaxy Apps, but Verizon, in a burst of genius, renamed it. Open Galaxy Essentials and download Galaxy Apps IN ENGLISH. Samsung, don't assume to know what language we speak.

It just doesn't make sense to me that you have it in Spanish or at least an option for English. But from all the reviews and lack of response. It doesn't look like you care either. I'd give you the benefit of the doubt that maybe this app team can't read the English complaints but I'm sure you can understand one star. Uninstalled.
