Gapoon - Professional Services

I would advise them to beg if it's just 100 rs what they're looking for. They sent a guy never turn up.

The app is quite easy to navigate and has most of the possible services which you would have thought for but I am still not sure about the location services which is not able to locate the address well. Rest the app seems to be ok.

Had a serious OTP problem, but Mr.Srinivasan discovered it and had the courtesy to call me regarding regarding the problem. Kudos to the attitude!

Used Ant control pest service. 2 days after service, ants visible again. Had written this review 12 days back. Got call from them to remove it and they'll do everything necessary. No call from them after removing review.

Please remove " Work done by professionals" from your promotion. Surprising Gapoon doesn't take responsibility of any liability to my Assets owing to poor quality of service professionals. They say for big TVs we need extra hands to we charge double the rates .... Makes me laugh when the extra hands guy is just seeing and I did a much better job than that . The boys dint have required tools to do the job and convincing me that manual work is better than using machines ... Net net had very high expectations from Gapoon looks like you guys don't have controls beyond what happens after appointment.

App hangs frequently. Rates are too high that can workout for high income groups only.

Never received an OTP to register. But got a call from Gapoon and they tried to fix an appointment without registration. One appointment was missed by Gapoon but they apologised and fixed another one. Everyone I spoke to was very professional. I didnt get my laptop serviced from them because they were charging me higher than market rates. Your mileage could vary.

Used their services about 4 times for different products. I like their transparent pricing and prompt service

I like Gapoon. Prompt, responsive and thorough professionals. I'm on their annual package and it works best for me. All their skilled staff is technically sound, don't over price and are safe to have around.

Edit: tech came ontime and performed proper and prompt diagnosis with proper estimate, no complaints on that, Good to see Gapoon taking feedback's provided seriously and working on the same along with the consumer for proper resolution
