I love how quickly it syncs with the work I've done on the actual website on my computer. I do all of the major planning on the laptop and shopping from the phone app. Kind of bummed that there isn't a widget that I can interact with, some thing like the meal of the day and/or shopping list.

No "landscape" mode on iPad is super frustrating. And I miss the drag & drop feature that used to be apart of the menu. A few other improvements could be made to make this an awesome app.

App was helpful, some work to download all of my recipes and theirs aren't so great. Also, tricky to cancel once you pay. Once you do figure out how to cancel it, double check so you aren't charged anyway

I have been using this app for 2 years now. It has truly saved me so much time when it comes to creating a grocery list. Now instead of having to consolidate recipes into lists, the app does it for me.

I initially found this app very helpful for meal planning and grocery shopping, though the free version is mostly useless. Once I needed to change my settings to a more restrictive diet, the recipe selection was reduced to the point of it not being worth the money anymore. I am giving this app such a low rating because the company has made it confusing and difficult to cancel even a month-to-month subscription. I cancelled my subscription in September, received a confirmation message on their website that my subscription was cancelled, and then was charged again in October. I contacted customer service and they refuse to give me a refund. Google play also refuses to refund me and instructed me to contact gathered table directly (which I had already done to no avail). I think it demonstrates a serious lack of integrity for this company the make it so difficult to cancel and then to be unaccountable when they make a mistake. Be forewarned if you purchase this app that you may be charged even if you cancel your subscription.

I have used Gathered Table for a few weeks now and I love it. The app makes grocery shopping and cooking easy, with lists and recipes right on my device. I'm an experienced cook, but it's still taking me out of my comfort zone to try new delicious recipes made from scratch. Highly recommend this service.

I love love love the program but I can't afford to use it. I meal plan to save money. I can't justify spending so much more.

I downloaded this app so that i could get more organized and plan meals throughout the week. But once the app was installed, it insisted i pay for a monthly subscription to be able to use the planning feature.

This app has made grocery shopping and food prepping so much easier and cheaper. Pics do not upload through app. Other than that love it.

I used to spend hours searching pinterest for healthy ideas and compiling lists. This allows me to pick diet specifications and have a catered grocery list. You can also spend hours browsing their recipes :p

I've been using this menu planning service for a while, and was pleasantly surprised this morning to see all of the amazing changes the update made. Nutrition info, the ability to plan more than one week at a time, being able to select the dates you want a grocery list for... I do wish nutrition info would show up on the app, because so far I have been using the web site, but I can wait.

It's alright for a first draft of an app, but I am having a bit of trouble with it: I don't understand how I'm supposed to close the app besides shutting it down from the Open Applications widget. It doesn't navigate as well as I'd hoped, but not terrible. Adding recipes to collections would be easier if the collections list gave the option to select multiples ones to add the recipe to. Edit: The service itself is fine - but use Google Calendar for meal planning. Cheaper to put link in the event Notes.

The price is about double what i would want to pay for an app of this quality and functionality. There is no place i can find to edit how many people you're cooking for, and it could be a bit more customizable. I.e. foods that are disliked such as peppers, or how some are allergic to tomatoes, not just nuts or dairy. Also when i set it to avoid refinanced sugar it still put a recipe with it on my plan. If all these things were addressed i might pay their price, but right now, no way.

doesn't allow you to make your own meal plan unless it's in their own guidelines
