GDRFA Dubai

I'm trying to register with my Emirates I'd, but mobile numbers showing is not mine, how i change this mobile number.I checked I'd mobile number is same I'm.using one but this application different

Worst Online service of ednrd compared to any other UAE government department in online service. Very expressive payment provided by CBD bank. No credit card or debit card payment available. Just compare this app with MOHRE app of labour Ministry.

FYI...Not for foreigners without Emirates ID. You can't even register without it. It is after all the foreign affairs department. One that offers zero assistance to foreigners. In other words it's a waste of time, don't bother to download it.

Applied New residence for my son. Got the visa without visiting GDRFA offices. Courier took the passport and came back with visa stamped on it. Great

I couldn't go beyond the registration. It fails there and ask to go to GDRFA or call 800 5111 to update information. I have called more than 10 times to Amer call center and information never gets updated. I ended up visiting GDRFA office and no one had any clue about mobile app or its registration or any issues related to it. Even with this new myid registration information that works on myid website doesn't work in this app. I wonder if someone will ever be able to use this, the applications submitted through this app will be accepted by immigration offices.

Despite of changing password n numbers, still saying incorrect username/password. Unable to login with myID even. Pathetic.

But plzz support to show a picture(photo) of the person to whom the entry permit is issued,,I am currently facing a problem of wrong pic on my entry visa

Residence renewal required documents not clearly given or communicated. Tried to call Amer 8005111. Always busy. Same for online chat.

Asks for your emirates id number then tells you that you haven't entered a valid phone number

Even though it is a good initiative the app has major integration issues. There are lots of complains already and the concerned department is not reachable by any means. For the past 7 months I am not able to login making the app of no use at all.

Can not login with MyID or GDRFA username.. I can not update my phone number to get the password reset and there is no technical support channel.. no body at GDRFA knows who is responsible for the app support. Hope these technical issues can be fixed as such an app is a great initiative if it really worked.

I have been trying to login by using myid details but showing invalid. It was working fine but now cant login.

غير مفيد للشركات ، ما الفائده من هذا التطبيق؟؟ اذا كان لا يمكن اجراء اي معامله للشركات وليش اصلا يحطون اختيار شركات او افراد؟؟ الاحسن يحطون للافراد فقط

I had changed my company login password and now I can't login on this app... however I can login on the website with the same user I'd and password.

Not able to login , Always giver error that username and password is wrong

The problem sent to the developer and still no update, also after submitting a renewal for residence you can't complete with zajel for collection, went there in Main Branch and everybody say bot responsible you should contact Zajel, contacted Zajel and they said we not have any update or application submitted!!!unbelievable support waiting more than 2 weeks

Its not updated showing error pls update.

Please make token/waiting number system accessible via mobile application. Whenever we come to GDRFA we have to wait 3-6 hours for residence visa renewal. Sample process. 1. Submit the application in person and take a token. 2. Track the currently serving token online or via mobile app. 3. Customer come back to GDRFA when their token is closer to serve. New token generating systems support web services which can be consumed via web applications or mobile apps.

تطبيق لا يعمل لا يمكن التسجيل من خلاله وعند اعطائه حساب بطاقة الهوية يظل يقول خطأ رغم المعلومات صحيحة مية بالمية
