Generali We Care is a free mobile application that serves the members of Employees Benefits Generali Hong Kong who have been using our web-based E-Services.

You can access our online services every time everywhere using your favorite mobile devices!

Key features include:
- Push notification of claim progress: push notification to your mobile device to let you know the claim progress immediately
- Claims history enquiry: check your claim history of processed claims
- E-download: download claim forms and other documents

Other features include (if applicable):
- E-claims submission: you can submit claims electronically using We Care
- Network doctor search with integration of Google Map: find network doctor and your nearby favorite clinics
- E-scheme: check your benefit schedule
