Nuband Pulse

I thought it would be useless, until stumbled upon Google reviews. And it worked. 1.Download an app. 2.Go to security settings and turn on unknown sources and Location.3.Then try to pair from app,only from app,otherwise will not work. When paired location can be turned off. As for you dear admins put this info on your web site or into app/product description.

App did work but only just! You have to update every day otherwise data disappears. Band fell apart after 2 months so pointless having app. Kept Google fit now that's a good app even when it did work I'm sure it didn't work proper it only ever gave me 1hr deep sleep a night

Not at all user friendly..daily logs are not properly maintained...interface is horrible..company is least bothered for improving the app

Worst app ever does not update does not keep accurate count of heartbeat rate blood pressure rate or steps had this since Christmas waste of time waste of money.

Neither my HTC M8 or this my Alba 5 pair with watch;but can find it under settings please fix

Ok well i think its ok but the damn Bluetooth wont hook up to the Nuband pulse at all and it the wrong time and month and year like what the hell

It won't sync to my phone but it will sync to the app and it won't let it back anything up on the app

People sending nuband pulse bands back saying it won't sync to my compatible phone they need to go into settings and then go to security then turn on unknown sources hey presto it syncs every time

The app won't see the band, its showing up on my phone as an option in the Bluetooth- but it won't show up when I scan through the app. Very disappointing. I Wouldn't recommend this device as it's more of a head ache than its worth. I noticed in the app information, it hasn't been updated for a long time (almost a year).

Lots of problems - took more than half an hour with the help of Google. Need to allow Unknown Sources and also put on Location (Android Marshmallow, Motorola Moto G3). Still has problems remembering the pairing (never saw the lock box). Google Fit might be a better app until this app is updated.

Wanted this band for Hart monitor get it working really let's it down if problem not resolved in 30 day will be taking it back

Will not connect to Nexus 6p phone and is incompatible with Nexus 10 tablet...In other words useless.

Can't get it to pair with my phone or tablet. Big let down.

I got this band couldn't connect it to my edge 6 samsung here's another option connect it to your Samsung tablet it worked for me, update you system to new devices

The watch itself is nice and has a good display however the app cannot find the device which takes away half of the purpose of the product. Unfortunately due to this I will be returning and buying the more reliable fitbit HR. Annoying as hell. Good effort but falls short of any decency. Don't buy this product as it is too unpredictable.

This does not work with 6.0.1 Marshmallow, no amount of trying will get it to sync, developers need to get your act together. If you have just bought a pulse I suggest you take it back and pay more for something that works as it should.

I cannot establish a link between the Nuband pulse and my Samsung S7. I have had success on my old Samsung Note 3 but I shouldn't have to run 2 phones just to use the band! The band looks like a useful piece of equipment but it seems the app is poorly developed for use with the current generation of phones.

Can connect with the bracelet. Once connect it, the app doesn't show any data in it. Total rubbish

Im really disappointed that i cant sync my band to the app on my phone!! My friends have it working on their iphones but everyone ive spoken to that have samsung galaxy's cant get it to sync. Mine is going back to the shop tomorrow with out a doubt!

As I see many complaints that it wont synch I thought I would add that I had no problems using my old Samsung D4. The initial pairing took about 3 seconds to find and pair and subsequent synchronisations of data took 1-2 seconds.

Got this item as a gift and it's not syncing I'v tried evry thing only has one button on device that some times work and dos different things every time you press it very poor do not get wish there was more help

Well were do i start. Sometimes when you sync it restarts everything. Doesnt hold its charge for more than 2 days. Not enough info on the app. Feels uncomfy. Taking it back and using the step counter on my phone

Refuses to connect to Samsung S7, front button came off on first day. Really disappointed.

Very tricky to sync, and pretty unreliable app.

Some support on this matter would be nice. Android 4.1, LG G4.

Mine works fine! Just make sure your device linked has up to date gizmos.

Won't sync with galaxy note 4 at all. Doesn't work

So far so good just wish I can change the steps goal from kilometres to miles changed it from metric to imperial still no difference

My Samsung J5's Bluetooth doesn't Pair with it which is my fault for not having the right Andriod and not the App.
