Storybite is for anyone to read and post creative stories in 100 words per chapter. You can call it 100 words story at a time. A full story can have up to 5 chapters of 100 words each, and the author of the story have an option to extend the story beyond the initial 5 chapters either if the author’s followers request for more or as the author wishes. Also within Storybite you can ‘cobite’, it is a function that allows up to 3 friends to co-write a chapter or story.

We developed Storybite to solve a reported social problem, “decline in creative reading and writing” reported through various national and international news media.

We don't fully believe in the reports, we believe that people still read and write if not more than ever, they have just evolved beyond the traditional creative writing process. Now people constantly use Facebook, Tumblr, Twitter, Snapchat, WhatsApp and even text messaging to write creatively and read. Storybite is bridging the gap between creative writing, shorter attention span and technology, and making it fun and fashionable within an evolving app.
