Billion Dollar company and yet you can't seem to manage a quality application for your hard earned quality customers. Is this how you plan to manage my children's insurance plan? If so perhaps my money should go else where and for the ret of you reading this don't waste your time with this app unless Gerber plans on making some well needed quality adjustments. Very disappointed in such a well respected company name :/
