I previously used multiple times per week. Now it crashes everytime I get into a store to use. I updated before leaving home and when I got to the register, "oops, something went wrong".

I haven't​ really had an issue until the recent update. The app fails to bring up my card so I can't use it at the gas pump. Thanks app just states something went wrong and try again.

Thought it would show food menu but only gives store location and coupon alerts. Also tried making an a account and it never loaded past creating password

Never shows any coupons email say coupon on app to use nothing there

You guys should add the advantage card bar code as a widget

I love checking rewards on the go. App is stuck on January expiration, but this is February...other than that, good app.

Why does this app have a remember me feature on log in and it doesn't?

Constantly logout AND who can ever remember the complex password. Let them steal my account update the app still SUCKS.ARE U EVER GOING FIX IT. Even your employees think it sucks

Now i have to log into the app EVERY time I want to use it. Hardly a good thing. Continues to have significant problems

Constantly need to log in, fails to properly run, and those are the GOOD features. Needless to say, it's getting removed from my phone.

This app never works. Whenever I pick up my phone it says it has stopped working. Yes I have reported it. Of course that doesn't mean anything because it'll never get fixed obviously.

It crashes all the time with out even using it or opening it. I used a lot cause I travel to Ohio so I used to find locations. But today it won't even work just has a msg . saying sorry not all has pumps has a scanner and sorry my cards not working. I've had my card for 20 years no joke it works fine. Its this app that don't work

THIS APP IS TERRIBLE. I USED TO USE EVERYDAY, NOW I CAN'T BECAUSE IT CRASHES ALL THE TIME.

I was unable repeatedly to open app, so I just uninstalled & reinstalled & now it works fine.

On going issues. Unfortunately, Getgo has stopped. So has other Giant Eagle apps.

Just the worst. Who is responsible for this app? WTF!

Stops every time phone is turned off then on. Problem started with upgrade to Samsung Galaxy S7

Since last update constantly errors when restarting phone and signs me out every time I open the app or try to go to different sections in the app. Please fix!

If, and it usually is a big if, the app starts without crashing, none of my data is pulled into the update. Poor programming, if you ask me. The thing is, all GE's apps work like this. Very frustrating. The real killer is the apps don't work in the stores.

App stopped working. Updated to the latest version, tried to login and get the message the app stopped functioning and to report the problem. I had no issues with this app until an update in late June.

Even after the most recent update the app force closes and sometimes I haven't even opened it for awhile it just pops up Giant Eagle app force closed

Can't even log in, keeps stopping. Fix your app and stop advertising to download if you can have any of your apps function.

I just noticed that my phone has the app listed as using a huge amount of my battery life. How? I don't know since I only use it when I forget to take my Advantage card into the store. Also, why does the app need permission to use my phone's camera to take pictures at any time and make phone calls as it pleases? I like GetGo, but I will be uninstalling the app.

All I see is a flashing loading screen.. This app is garbage and a waste of time. You'd think Giant Eagle would hop on this and fix it quickly

3.3 had some issues but was functional. I updated to 3.4 a couple days ago and it won't load. Just keeps flashing "Loading." I tried on 2 Android phones, an LG and an HTC, same result, so it's not the phone. This is my third attempt to get attention from someone at Giant Eagle. HELP!!!!

Always crashes when I log in. App still sucks. Got email saying issue has been fixed and update the app but still crashes when I log in so I can not get any of the deals

Keeps reloading and flashing on the screen. Fuel Perks info is entirely wrong. The developers must not test these apps before the decision is made to release them.

Every time you try to sign on the app crashes. Reinstalled the app and it still crashes. Would love to be able to use this app.

Love it when it works . Won't update my fuel perks (it has been "stuck" at $.70 for at least 2 months) please fix and will be worthy of a higher rating.
