Heal - On-Demand Doctor House Calls

If I could give 10 Stars I would. Used this app for the first time today. Two pediatricians came out for my six year old. Both doctors were polite and professional. App said 2 hours or less, which they were here in 1 hour for they came from San Francisco so very pleased. Highly recommend this app.

This is the most amazing service ever! The doctor's are highly qualified, the service easy to use, and you can set an appointment day of or next day! On top of it, the doctor comes to your house or office. I highly, highly recommend Heal.

Many spam notifications I can't turn off in the app. I blocked in Android, but I'm worried I'll miss important notifications (e.g. doctor is on the way or will be late). The service itself is really awesome, but the poor app design and spammy "engagement" practices really detract from the service.

Great app, I needed the flu shot asap the doc showed up gave me the shot all done with in 10 minutes. I will definitely be using the heal app again.

Garbage. I have Cigna which they claim they take but says it can't recognize my insurance. Ugh. Was really hoping it would work.

Says 2 hour availability, but once downloaded their app they did not have availability until the following day. BTW I'm in San Francisco they should be well staffed.

Too many spam reengagement notifications that you can't turn off.

Very convenient way to see the doctor, especially with a baby in the house. We have been very happy with all the doctors we have met through Heal.

I booked a doctor for the same day. She came with a nurse who took all of my vitals. Both of them were very professional, kept attention to details and answered all of my questions. I'm very satisfied with my experience and I plan to use them again. Tip regarding entering a year of birth on your profile: click the year number on the calendar pop-up, it will allow you to chose the correct year going year by year, not month by month.

Way better than sitting in a waiting room. Right on time and done within 15 minutes. Highly recommend!

Love this app! They were fast and did a great job. The change to the app I would like to see is the ability to pre enter past health info, current medications, etc.

When entering birthday, a required field, the only method is using the pop up calendar which defaults to today's date and only let's you go back one month at a time, so if you are 30 years old, you need to tap the back arrow at least 360 times to get to your birthday, really? Why not allow someone to just type it in?? No healthy person would want to do this let alone a sick person. Terrible UI design.

I did not realize until after signing up, that I have to be in a different state. I will try using this app when I get situated. Love the flow and design of the app.

I'm trying to use it because I am sick but it won't let me save any of my information on it on the profile everytime I hit the save button it just spins a circle like it saving but then if I go back out of it because it does nothing afterwards it just cleared everything out and nothing gets saved so I really never got to use the app at all

Just installed app and have been trying for the past half he to see if it will take my ins. App won't let me open the camera to scan ins card when ever I press on camera app kicks me out. Also my cell alerted me that the app is slowing down my phone.

I installed it today but neither the Login not Register button will respond. The background video is nice.

I want desperately to want this app to work. However, it closes 100% of the time less than a second after opening

Not available in my area. Hard to believe. Over 100,000 in my city, but doesn't include the surrounding region. Only 20,000 where I used to live but available there.

didn't have to take my toddler with me to the doctor's or miss work. they came and went and I'm still in my pj's. these people are awesome. will use again!

The service is fantastic but the app is currently broken. I cannot log in now because the login button does not work. Reported that a week ago but the app is still broken.

Crashes when you try to take a photo of the ID med card and after all done it says they don't take HMO plans and will charge $99 per visit! Total Garbage!

After one experience, this will be my primary physician.

Very easy to use and the service is amazing!

Scheduled an appointment for my son and they came within an hour. Dr. Malkin was very thorough, nice and made my 10 year old feel at ease. They are in-network with Anthem Blue Cross, which is awesome for me. I definitely recommend them if you need to see the doctor that day and don't want to wait at urgent care.

My parents and in a alzheimer's home. It is a nightmare to get them to a doctor or lab. This program doesn't allow anyone with medicare or related insurance to use it.

I love Heal! The doctor came to my home and it was easy, helpful, and comfortable. A totally different experience than the doctors office in the best ways possible. I will definitely use Heal again!

Very easy to use and the service is amazing!

I made appointment. App confirmed that doc will be there in 2 hrs or less. Hour later got a call that they're too busy and doc won't be coming for another 3 to 4 hrs. Disappointing
