Get Kana

The app worked great on my S3. Got a S8 recently and I have some scaling and formatting issues. If you could please fix, it would be much appreciated as the app is basically flawless. The randomizer might need some work in not having the same characters popping up as a question multiple times in a row.

I love it! I've been struggling everytime i look for everything to learn hiragana and katakana, and then i found this app. It's simple, fun, and worth the time playing with hiragana and katakana!

Very nice app, simple and clean.. I would prefer if there would be some more options, like how much big are the answers and such.. (cause in my phone they are pretty small)

It's all too easy to guess the right answer from the alternatives given. The app should let the user type in the answer to be useful.

Not compatible with Nougat's split screen mode, which means I can't run translate at the same time.

4.5 stars would be better really. This would be perfect with a dark theme for when I practice before bed. Good choice in font, good UI, easy to learn hiragana and katakana!

Hiragana / katakana quick toggle. I don't want to tick off every hiragana line as I already know it would rather just click "hiragana off". Also no SOUND?

the the charecters like ちゃ,しゃ,じゃ,きゃ,ぴょ,りょ,りゅ, the small kana is off the page, the font it so big or it wasnt done properly but i cant review those.

Nice app, could be better if you add the possibility to select the whole katakana or hiragana instead of selecting line by line

It's cool that I can choose which characters I want to practice. But my selection always disappear after awhile (may be it was auto clear from my phone by some other automatic cleaning app, I have no idea). There should be some way to keep selections stable.

Could be better if you have the full T series with ten-ten and also just have wo instead of o/wo. Will be 5 stars if there is audio

a simple drill based approach for what needs a simple drill based approach. i just learned all hiragana in a single setting. i may wait with the katakana until tomorrow.

The only drawback is that you can't see the romaji in the "manage questions" screen,but other than that,this works perfectly!

I'm loving it, only thing i want to mention is the small font size for the answer selection

This app has a material design, so it looks visually pleasing and the font choice for the Kana is quite good. The only issues I have are the lack of options. There's only Kana choices. I'd love to see a font choice, font size choice, drawing Kana quiz, a timed quiz option, changeable answer button sizes and maybe even a landscape option. Other than that, for a free app that quizzes you on your Kana without any favourable settings, look no further!
