Verses - Bible Memory

I love this app, i would not be passing my Bible class if I didn't have it. However, it is really slow when trying to choose verses and it has stopped showing my progress for verses. Other than that this is a great way to learn verses, there are many different methods so there is something for everyone, would give 5 stars if it weren't glitching.

I really like the format if this program, but I had major issues with it and the phone I have. The wordbank game, especially in the higher levels ,has words that don't fit on my screen which makes it impossible to finish the verse. Like I said, I really enjoyed the program and its tools, it just doesn't always work. Also, people should know that only one translation for memorizing is free.

I enjoy this, I'm really memorizing more scripture. Unfortunately it does not update progress as it did when I first installed, so I have a difficult time remembering which verses I should refresh myself on. Not the worst thing, just a bit annoying. Overall, great practical app. Thanks

This is the best app I've found for Scripture memorization, but it has so many glitches. Now it is completely worthless bc it won't let me sign in to use it or create a new account and the forgot password option does not send anything like it says it will. Also, I wasted $6 to get the NASB translation for this app...and I can't use it because I can't get in. What the heck? Don't you have anyone that fixes these issues?

I love the graphic interface, ease of reading, and variety of learning modes. But there's some glaring issues: in the fill in the blank mode, it offers 6 words at the bottom but none of them fit the blanks making it impossible to progress. Hope they update!

I have seen the iPhone version work with no issues. I couldn't even get past signing up, or the login with Facebook. Maybe some day they will get that the iPhone market is only 14% of the phones that are in use, and cater towards the majority. But I guess all those iPhone apple people are the ones who need the most help with understanding scripture. :)

I was really looking forward to using this app. A friend who uses the iPhone version recommended it. Unfortunately, this Android version was unusable. I was never able to advance past the login screen. The app said I had already authorized facebook login, but would prompt me to log in again. If I tried to log in using an email and password instead, I received an error message. I did submit an email to the provided support email address, but never received a reply. I understand this app is a beta version, but I would expect it to at least work with minimal functionality. And I expected some reply to my request for support.

The iPhone app works great. I have friends that use it all the time. I wish it worked for Android but it is so terrible. Glitches glitches everywhere. I can't even get it to add the verses I want, which is it's main job.

I love the app and the way it has helped me to improve my memorising. A few glitches in adding more scriptures and in showing my progress... the lines aren't showing up and even when the I've got the scripture memorised to the end it shows that it's incomplete. Personally I'm happy with the KJV. Please fix the problems. It's by far the best app yet.

Cannot get past login screen and am therefore unable to use app. Seems to be a common problem among users. Have not received a response from customer support on how to fix the issue. Disappointed as my wife is very happy with their iphone app

Looked like a great app on my friend's iPhone but here it won't even let me sign up. Please fix it so I can start enjoying it. Thank you.

I like this app but am having to change my review because it has stopped working. It won't let me sign in. This is frustrating as I've spent money on the NIV version in the app and now it won't even work. Please fix!

I was really excited about the app when I first got it! Memorized some Scripture verse during the first couple of days! But it started hanging up and refused to record the progress I was making on my verses.... would be GREAT otherwise.

Really wanted to like this but it is SO glitchy. Won't add verses, show suggestions page, and once I logged out, it won't let me back in. Spent money on a translation of the Bible only to not be able to use this at all.

Game does not indicate how to play. No tutorial.. also the in the word bank game there is a problem where if the word is repeated it causes a problem with selection (the word AND was there twice one was right and one was wrong!).

The rings take a while to load sometimes. Collections don't update very quickly after adding from Discover. But still satisfied overall with my app experience.

As others have stated... I love using this on my iPad, but when I tried using it on my android phone I can't even log in. I have sent numerous emails asking for help and have received NO RESPONSE from anyone. Very disappointed in the Android version and the lack of customer support.

This is the sleekest, most efficient and effective Bible memory app I have ever used. I have been eagerly waiting for this app to make it to Android since I loved using it on iPhone. Love it!

I love this app! It's incredible for a beta version! I have come across a couple of tiny bugs (what keeps it from that 5th star), but it has already helped me so much!

Wheni first started using this, it made it fun, easy and motivating to learn long, often complicated verses but it didnt take long to find some glitches making it impossible to add new verses, and when studying, the text was repeated and omitted some words.

I used it for about a week bought my hcsb and now i cant use the app. It wont let me log in. Ive emailed the website several times and no resopnse

* Word bank has identical words (without punctuation) and it's a gamble when choosing which one. *Will not track progress. *Have contacted developers without much help.

Can't get past the login screen and I bought the ESV bible thinking it would work fine. I emailed the developers for a refund and have not received a response.

Very slow and not letting me add some verses. ? and cant add verses in such like, psalm 119:9,11. i have to add 9, 10 and 11.

Can't get passed the sign in screen. I even payed for a different bible translation but I have no access and of course, no way to get a refund. What potential this has. It's it still being maintained? Will it be fixed?

I personally use NIV, so I can't exactly use it. But good concept.

App can't be used without a login and the website sign in page is broken. Facebook page has not been updated for a year. Seems to have been abandoned by developer.

I have heard that this app is new but I'm using it for school and I can't quite complete them, other than that it's a great app

Wish this worked consistently, and without Internet. Lovely app when working, not often the case though.

I loved it when it was working. Multiple glitches. I can't get it to work or a response from anyone for help.

the only thing about the app is the graphics no selected verse for you to memorize the developers are only after money it really sucks

I was able to upgrade the translation and my money was accepted without issue but now I can't even create an account.

Gets stuck on the sign in/up page. Also doesn't work on Google Pixel at all.

Doesn't work for logging in, and they aren't concerned with fixing it nor answer emails apparently.

Liked it when it worked but hasn't worked in a couple of months... don't waste your money.

Could not login or use the Android app. It is unusable.

I've only ever seen one other app like this, and with social integration and recommendations this app has the potential to far exceed the other. However there are draw banks. Only KJV is offered for free, other versions are between 5 and 7 dollars, which feels high. Of course there are restrictions in offering free versions due to copyright, but I wish they were a bit less. It's also still a bit buggy, but I anticipate the app getting only better with time. I'm impressed.
