આ એપ. બરોબર કામ નથી કરતી,કસ્ટમર આઈડી થી રસિસ્ટર કરો તો હર વાર કે ,કસ્ટમર આઈડી સાચો નાંખો....સુધારો.

Worst App. Not adding more then one customer account in one app. Old bill records bill and payment receipt not generated in PDF. Another unregistered customer not paid thorough this app.

Don't download.required much improvement.ask to make app by young chap. FOR to avoidence to go to very "illiterate" office.i had downloaded app. This app again ask to to go office.

It's very heavy app to fetch data. Pls update app and use easy work as getting to load fetch data App is good but to heavy for getting data

Needs a lot of improvements. Secondly we request to issue Prepaid Debit card (petrocard) for CNG Acceptable across all the Guj Gas Station. Which will help us save time keep record and no worries about change.

Not able to create login ID. mobile no. And email already register but this app doesn't map it. Test and check app before provide it to customer.

Nice application. Very useful to see and keep update with bill and payment related to Gas. Please add Ebill facility as sending .pdf format bill to email address.

In spite of entering the correct customer ID, it keeps asking to enter valid customer ID. It's not letting to register

Good to see but difficult to remember 12 digit customer. Id as user id every time. Need some other user id

This app is very bed password forgot time send temporary password but this password is no correct error show

The web and app account should update immediately.even I have paid bill 20 days ago round up amount (Rs.81/- extra) . I got SMS also even though app shows bill pending.while it should show no bill pending or this much credit balance

For new registration,app ask for register mobile number to ggl,but ggl representative told app is not launched official so can't register

Worst app. User must have to go ggl office to submit mail id and mobile number. You can't register without this data. Ggl please if you want all digitalisation then why customer go to your office. Don't download.you can register also by OTP. Who bastered developed this type of app. Make good homework before start this app.

Good effort Shortfalls 1. App needs more testing. 2. Structure is wrong, one user must map multiple customer ID. Many person have more than one home/meter, so it is not rational to bind only one customer id to app. 3. All downloads can be forwarded to mail also. 4. Homescreen is sluggish needs smooth interface. 5. App Needs to be more user friendly.
