Just started using this today. One is to leave the Time field blank for immediate pick up. Yet, if you do, when you move to track the app states "to early to track, no cab dispatched" If you cancel, it tells you to call yellow cab. Then what is the point of the app? Every booking it wants your email. No need for redundancy as I have a profile, right?

Horrible service cabs are always late or don't show up. You get no real updates on location. Don't use it if you don't desperately need to

Slow, confusing, not user friendly and it FORCES you to tip at least 20% for every trip. The cab drivers are rude and unreliable. I uninstalled this app the same day I downloaded it. Don't waste your time. It's no wonder Yellow Cab filed for bankruptcy!

Too much money for a single ride and drivers are rude, Lyft is better

Love the book later option. Clear map and easy identification of my taxi and location. I canceled a booking and they made sure I meant too unlike other apps that require reordering. MOST IMPORTANT I can get a legitimate ride without paying Flywheel $1+13% from the drivers ride and tip. Uber and Lyft are illegal businesses crowding and polluting SF while exploiting Bay Area folks in need of more income. This is helping to change SF. Thank you YoTaxi for helping me stick with legal monitored SF cabs!

Bad user experience. Poor flow and impossible to see white/grey/yellow text color scheme. It also does update the drive or rider properly.

Bookings that cancel themselves and poor service. Yo taxi? Indeed.

No use

Uninstalled it. Every time I got to the confirm booking screen, the wrong day & time would show!! On the rare times I was able to correctly book, it wouldn't let me track my booking even after logging in!!

I just tried it out and it's not even close to fluid as Uber.
