The service provided is top-notch.However I have a small issue.While loading balance to my wallet the payment got stuck..As a result the money got debited from my bank however it didnt get loaded into my wallet.Can you please resolve the issue and ensure that these things dont happen in future so that it doesn't create any problems for others as well. Thanks :) P.S After my issue is resolved I would change my rating to 5! Update- Issue resolved in 24 hours..Good job guys :)

Good initiative! Few things need to be focused. Today I have took 1st ride here. On that basis the below suggestions are placed. 1. Complete online transaction for resist revenue leakage. As ur apps r working good. 2. Focus on digital marketing which is not very costly. 3. Set return timing 7.15 pm onwards from Ecospace to behala area all shuttles. 4. Resist running customers from different stoppages. 5. Use flex and standy for advertising in different buildings. 6. Remove attendees to miss use of 1 seat value.

First day i tried this app it made we wait 40 mins n still there was no sign of the bus! Never again n i wl discourage others also.

I would be happy if u upload Rate charts for destinations.. From Tollyunge Metro to Behala Porashwatala .. Cash amount is accepted or not.. Plz tell plzzz

They Claim that they provide bus routes for every sector of society but i am unable to find bus routes from Karunamoyee(saltlake) to Howrah Station. Rather its showing Karunamoyee(tollygunge) to howrah. Limited bus routes are there. Didnt serve my purpose although claimed to do so. Was expecting more from this app after reading its details but really disappointed.

App devloper has not any idea that how much big kolkata is! Only some route is given that is very very very less! Upload all kolkatas route.

New route started greenfield city to ecospace....great...best of luck.

I just have to pop out of my house and can catch a bus to get to the place which else i had to make many break journeys. Also fare is very affordable for an average commuter. Good service too. Hope you guys extend the routes connecting to more central locations.
