We have created the world’s simplest online food ordering system to be used by small and medium restaurants. This app transforms your smartphone or tablet into an order-receiving machine and streamlines your process of taking online orders for both pickup and delivery.
Note: To be able to use this app, you need to login with your given restaurant’s username and password.
Use the login details obtained from your local partner or get this yourself from the admin area of your restaurant account.

How it works:

After you put the “Order Online” button on your website or your Facebook page your customers can place orders. You will be able to take all orders straight on your smartphone or tablet. This orders-taking app turns your smartphone or tablet into an order-receiving device and gives easier and better control over the order-taking process.
Each time a customer places an order via your website or your Facebook page, you will get an audio notification on your smartphone/tablet.
After clicking on the pending order, the tablet will display all relevant details concerning the order: customer details (name, phone number, address) and delivery details (address etc.).
You fill in the estimated time of order pickup or delivery, click accept and start cooking. Your customer will instantly receive an email with the confirmation of the order, together with the estimated time for pickup or delivery.

Shows pickup time instead of delivery time. And can't add time (only 1-999). How can i add 10:30. Can't add : symbol also. And can't create test orders more than one time. Please improve.

Amazing app. Be sure to disable power management on this app in your system settings or you'll lose internet connection intermittently. It's not the app's fault.

Turns on WiFi by itself and there is no option to stop it.

Not good . Things need to be improved. Notification can't be modified. It shows no internet connection when there is connection. Because of this missed so many order. It does it everyday. Reinstall the app but same problem. Fix it man.

I love the usefulness of this app, but I can't figure out how to change the notification setting of the app. It automatically changes the volume and beeps incessantly, so I have to deactivate the notification or my phone will just keep going off in the middle of the restaurant. I love the pop-up notifications, they're super useful, but is there a way to turn off the sounds?

Good app. Down side from limited time of use are: Can't customise it ie the notification tone. Cant select Messenger app used for sending copy of order ie WhatsApp. No Cloud support to store orders. No support to store customer details for further reference. These are Essential options the app is lacking. Thanks

I'm reinstalling this app now for the 5th time because i am missing orders almost daily because of how poorly this app works. Only works for a day or two then goes back to not notifying about new deliveries. Unimpressed.

I love this app. It's easy to use and does everything i need. My only gripe (and reason it isn't 5 stars) is that i cant turn the volume down. Its particularly deafening in our small coffee shop so not sure how to proceed with that.

I never expected that an online ordering system for restaurants would look so nice. The technical and support team is also A+. Keep up the good work.

Incredibly memory heavy. Sometimes the app takes a long time to open. Sometimes it just crashes and you miss orders. Setup is a bit of a headache. Screen does not auto rotate. Can't delete orders one at a time. Can only delete all. These things dont warrant one star though. What does is that when we contacted the devs to let them know of the issues we were having and if there was anything we could do, their response was to get a better tablet or don't run any other apps.

We use this app for multi restaurant and is amazing never had issue, if I need help with the menu the team are awesome to help out.
