Find a better I.T. person for your apps... use common sense when designing the app. You guys have a ways to go(not with just THIS app, but globalconnect). I downloaded the app once, used it to submit a FPR successfully, and then removed. Faced a situation today where I needed to submit a FPR, but, because I couldn't simply transfer a picture from my phone to the app(because this feature is unavailable) I didn't submit a FPR, because I had already reassembled the car. Just my 2¢

First I had already taken photos, then I down loaded the APP, did the report, then added my photos from the phone, pictures look great. Already got a call back, hopefully they use the info.

Awesome concept but the camera takes blurry photos and video....tried different lighting, up close and far away images but still would not focus correctly. I'm on a Samsung Note 2.

It is a shame we are unable to attach pictures we took outside of the app for downloading later. The camera in the app is terrible
