GoFormz Mobile Forms & Reports

Get an error message when trying to open the most important template I have. At this point Goformz is useless to me. Please fix.

Signed up and made my first template. It worked once and now it crashes and says there's an error whenever I try to open the template

It is ducking all the time

Great idea, horrible execution. Very poorly optimized, crashes regularly, and has not had any performace improvements in over a year. If I had a choice my company would use a different product.

Goformz is the best form building solution on the market. I have multiple clients using it and over 1000 forms being completed every day with very few problems. Easy to use and the smart features and reporting available are brilliant

GoFormz fits out scenario with multiple forms that need to share fields and be available offline. All the pain points with other solutions we were using have been addressed by this app! Combined with excellent support and customer service

When going from this app to another app, and then trying to come back to this app, it always crashes, and you have to close it , then reopen it. Not very helpful when you're trying to enter data from a different app.

Only lets you login on one device

Constantly freezing and crashing on both my android s3 and now my note 4, tech support told me to uninstall then reinstall, no joy.

I just need to fill my own forms out nothing more

We have over 100 forms submitted per day via GoFormz by our field staff. It was easy to train them and get them started despite the relative complexity of our forms. Holding back on fifth star until it's a bit easier to spec and prep a form.

The software is not only beautifully designed, it's incredibly well thought through and developed for the customer's success. Should you need it, the technical support is second to none.

Using Goformz for our work clearance and management forms was the best decision in a long time. There seems to be no end to what you can do with a form.

Have done a lot with PDF forms but this app is totally superior for form filling using devices. Had awesome support from the GoFormz team too. It has been great.

GoFormz has been a key to the efforts of our company. The incredibly capable ticketing system has allowed us to provide services to our customers that no one has been able to reproduce. It's eased the requirements for our employees to do error prone math calculations and it's provided a way to represent our company in the best light possible to our customers. Their support for questions and issues has been outstanding. I highly recommend an evaluation of this platform for any of your ticketing needs.

Good app for keeping organized and saving trees from the paper mill, but it doesn't feel well optimized for Android. I am constantly having freezing or unresponsive behavior on my Galaxy Note 5 and Android Tablet, especially when the screen reorients. Other than that works as advertised.

Works pretty great on iPad for creating, using, posting and sharing daily data forms for water treatment facilities.

GoFormz helps my business each day. It has given us that edge that separates us from our competitors.

The app not supporting printing configurations and not supporting arabic entries

We use GF every day to keep us office guys up to date with what's going on in the field. I do have a couple issues with syncing on my Samsung Tab, where the iPad guys don't seem to have any problems. Solution?

GoFormz is the perfect application for replacing paper forms like for like & their support & service delivery is excellent. ECL is a group of service companies that has a primary focus on the Petroleum industry and our customers have strict guidelines on paperwork which is why GoFormz is the perfect application for us. Our customers receive their forms in their own format. GoFormz has been an essential app for us in the drive to go paperless. We have completed over 20000 forms in the past year with this app

Please make an option to have the signature field full screen. I'm on a Galaxy S5 and the signature field for clients is tiny. Every time I have someone sign with this program I have to apologize for the tiny space given to sign.

Everything works seamlessly for me the only fix I want to see is a full screen option for signatures. I'm on a nexus 6 and the signature field is a sliver at the bottom that I can't access.

Used to be able to hit enter on keyboard and the cursor would move to the next cell but it no longer works with Swype. Have tried several times to get this fixed with no avail.

Great for creating daily reports. I looked so hard find something like this. 10/10 recommend.

It doesn't do the job. I just wasted my time to signed up. I'm uninstalling it.

Nice for using there form

Why make changes to date and time entry that were fine the way they were? You're decisions are bad and you should feel bad.
