Juno - A New Way to Ride

Typically cheaper when compared to lyft and uber. They're still working on the kinks but customer service is very responsive and very patient. Only way for drivers to get tips is to get a 5 star rating which I'm not a huge fan of.

Good app and it's nice for drivers to keep a larger % of the fare, but is significantly more expensive than the competition. Just did a fare estimate in multiple apps and the Juno fare was 35% more than the lowest nyc option. (Neither were surging)

Absolute worst service I've ever recived. Gett is much better.

Promoted themselves as being the app that's better for drivers. Sold to Gett for $200 million and proceeded to shaft the drivers who had been promised shares in the company in exchange for loyal service. I'll stick with the competition.

I can't get the app to accept my payment method. I've tried multiple methods and I get an error every time.

The app works great. There are kinks to work out - once recently it said the driver was 5 minutes away when he arrived. But overall, I was completely satisfied. The cars were nice and clean, and the drivers were personable. I highly recommend using Juno as a car service while in NYC.

I liked the idea of this app. The app is amazing and easy. The design is very nice and nicer than the competitives. I would like to help juno drive in my city. Any of the juno team member shall contact me so we could make this happen

It was a lot better when it was on trial. Too many bugs and disconnections. Tonight to top it off the driver was going further away instead of getting closer and minutes were going up from 4 minutes to 11 minites, definitely not the app's issue but never experienced it with other providers, so not a Juno costumer anymore.

Not practical for travelers — You need a US number in order to sign up :/

It more expensive than uber and lyft don't waste your time

It's best way to ride

Showed me that a car is available at 6 minutes, then a driver who is 15 minutes away behind heavy traffic picks my request. Almost missed my flight because of it, since I had to start from scratch with uber.

I like the idea of this app puls I would like to join as a driver, my uber rate is 4.80. Reply when you have a chance thanks.

Started out good, now they are a mess. Long wait times, cost more and they surge charge you with out letting you know first. Horrible. I'd rather pay my price with Uber since they let me know up front there's an surge going on instead of the surprise charge at the end of the ride.

your reps said minimum rating is 4.70, but now you say 4.80? anyway uber is playing dirty and intentionally dropping good drivers ratings so they cant jump ship to juno. please fix!

Even with the discount it's way more expensive then lyft and uber. Don't waste your time.

They take a smaller share of the money for themselves than competitors. So there is more left for the driver.

I tried Juno this past weekend and as a Uber, Lyft driver and rider, I have to say the experience was great. My driver made me and my girlfriend very comfortable, offered water, small snacks, cell charger and she even had a SUV with video headrest. What a great conversationalist as well. Best ever ride . I want to drive for Juno and so does my girlfriend. When will your programs be available in Maryland and Pennsylvania? Will a driver be limited to only driving in their registered state? What about if I go to another state for a visit, like a day or 2 maybe a tad longer? Like up to a week. Will I be able drive on a temporary base?

My family uses Juno on a regular basis and NEVER had any problems. Always on time and pleasant with clean cars. Recommended to everyone that Juno is the way to go. Wish you was on Long Island. Hurry and expand to the Island.

I see no benefit from recommending Juno to friends and co-workers. It's too bad. I've been using Uber since it's NYC soft launch, and the generous credits incentivize to spread the word far and wide. Get on it!
