My phone is very old and cracked, however with this app, it worked surprisingly quick like using an actual good phone. I love the features, like video watching! I have a little baby sister and I let her look and she loves it so much. This app is a must get, just as google cardboard box is. Totally recommend again. (Also if you are having troubles it may be the age of your phone, version, and what kind it is)

It was promising but I think it was a little late. If it came out in the 80s it might have caught some interest but today we aren't too impressed with it and want real holograms. Also Google really should have implemented controller use for this, not clicking.

Big joke, why allow me to dl this then tell me to dl Cardboard only to tell me Im not compatible, even though I just upgraded to latest Google OS. Getting sick of Google crap. Time to find alternatives and say nye bye Google everything. Now seeing the allure of Apple.

I have a cardboard thing for this but my phone's not compatible with the official app. Please update this as soon as you could, I'd love to see how this works. *Update* I saw the website says you need android 4.0 or higher and I have 5.0 and yet I still can't get it. . - .

If I were to go on it ,it would change to the main game screen it is pretty annoying

I can't download the cardboard I need because its not compatible with my LG Stylo 2 & so I downloaded this one & it's telling me to download the one that's not comparable with my decive yet the dream vission VR device says its compatible with all Androids. Yet I need to download the cardboard to configure it & I can't because it's not compatible.

Does this not work if you don't have a gyroscope? My phone (the Huawei Ascend XT H1611) only has an accelerometer. When I loaded the app, I couldn't move the view at all.

When I completed it I didn't know what to do and I still don't. I thought you create a game in the app but please somebody clarify this for me.

No gyro no VR what the hell my moto g3 have no gyro but it has virtual gyro (oriention+magnetic sensors)seen it in Gyro Droid app of "unity" (google card board is also made by "Unity")it works a bit lazy use this code to build new version of Google card board and Google design,so more android users with out gyro sensors can use and experience it like others.

All I get is a blank screen with a settings button at the bottom that when I click it nothing happens.

The app does not respond to clicks from the NY Times Cardboard viewer.

I have no clue why. But everything I try to download it, it says error and every time there is a different number. I have bought the cardboard but now it's worthless :(. Please try and fix the issue I really badly wanna try it...

When I open the app up,all I get are two icons that say foundqtions and immersion. When I click on them nothing happens.

The cardboard isnt compatible with my device what should i do?? please help and ill give 5 stars

Its kinda laggy when i try to look up and down . :/ does it meant to do that? If not what can i do to reduce the laggy-ness of the app? Please leave a reply :) . its a cool app though everyone with a cardboard vr should use this app ! Its cool :)

If you can scroll the screen using the touchscreen (and the vr together), then I will give you 5 stars.

Made me want to learn to develop cardboard apps. It teaches design principles by showing, and it does it perfectly. It also runs smoother than almost any other vr apps out there. I don't know what to say other than that it's excellent and should be required viewing before starting to develop for vr.

Can somewone tell me what happens: my device is not available with the cardboard app and does not allow me to download it, instead I could download this one... But when I use it it doesn't work at all... Does anyone knows how to solve this

Is there a reason that it takes like 5 or 10 minutes for it to get to the spot I need it to whenever I move it moves very very very slowly and I don't think it is supposed to do that at least not as low as it is currently moving

I have a Alcatel Pop4 with Android Marshmallow (6.0.1) and I tried downloading this and worked. Than I needed to configure it so I needed the cardboard app, so I go on the playstore and it tells me This is incompatible with your version.

I was Trying I Had my Vr And I clicked start then intermition and the screen just turned white ITS CLEARLY BROKEN

Would be a good intro to the vr world, but the clicking is very unresponsive. Needs to be updated. My headset works well with other apps.

This is a great app for anyone who's thinking about developing for VR. It concisely and effectively explains a few rules of thumb and the best part... it's fee!!

Only accepts the V2's screen tap as input; the magnet switch is ignored, even with the V1 selected as the viewer.

Why is the Google cardboard app needed to view stuff and Not Compatible with my Huawei P8 Lite?

Gives a nice overlook at the cool features and experiences that VR can give and also gives interactive tips for designers. It may be laggy on older phones (Galaxy S3), but that is not unexpected. The only issue I had apart from the lag was the black text on black background when choosing between foundation modes in the beginning. 5 stars if fixed. Keep making more, Google!

I love this app so much I've been trying to recreate some of the design elements like the beautifully animated crosshair. I've tried to recreate it for the past couple days with no success, so I hope they open source this app one day. They also implement a brilliant way to move around the world while minimizing/eliminating motion sickness. Thank you Google! I still love staring down at that beach.

It is a very vivid design guidelines with the best VR experience I had so far. Smooth, immersive and not dizzy at all. Although got two questions: 1 Why I feel that the text on different depth are of Tue same size? 2 I liked the very smooth experience, however, for some games like roller coasters, isn't the ups and downs the point of the game? I guess for that kind of game, the discomfort is un avoidable?

Problem is it doesn't seem to pick up the magnet button so I can't start. Strange because all other Google cardboard apps respond well

For some lame reason, I can't install the actual Google cardboard app, only stuff like this.
