Hated it. The got it app as well as got it services. Rude staff members. Poor services. Takes too much time. Ordered bfast which was delivered at lunch time. They charge for evry extra minute even if the restaurant takes time.

Very pathetic service provided by Got it team. They are doing well but charging extra amount at the time of delivery. In my case, delivery boy reached there and destination was almost 500-600 meters. He said you need to pay extra amount. And blaming coustomer that this delivery took 1 hour. Now the question comes here.. if you are taking 1 hour for only 3 km delivery distance than why we wil use this service and will pay you extra charges for your own issues. Too much dissatisfied with overall service provided. If there will be any option to give rating in minus then surely i will prefer for -3 rating for you guys. Dammn serious
